Holiday rentals in Jolotemba

We just returned from a week’s vacation and found this condo very comfortable, clean and well located in Nuevo. We enjoyed long walks on the beach each day and had a fantastic view of the ocean and pools. Restaurants and grocery store was walkable. I would highly recommend this unit for a couple or small family. The pictures are very accurate and host was very responsive.

Séjour incroyable à la Villa Reyes de John. John répond rapidement et donne des indications très claires en lien avec la location. Maria et Mario étaient aussi très aidant dans tous les aspects du voyage, du transport de l'aéroport à la villa, les repas, la location de kayak, et la visite au centre de réhabilitation des tortues. Un conseil, prendre le transport fourni est important en ce moment étant donné l'état de la route de 9km entre la route principale et le chemin pour arriver à la villa. Nous sommes deux biologistes qui ont beaucoup aimé la faune autour de la villa. Merci à John, Maria et Mario pour nous avoir fait vivre un séjour inoubliable.

We travel frequently and always rent villas instead of condos. This was only the second time we rented a villa with full time staff. I always worry that they will be intrusive and impede feeling free and private. Mary and Karen were virtually invisible. I don't know how they accomplished it, but they were amazing. They prepared most of our meals and it was way better than any restaurant we tried in town. The house is one very short block away from the beach. You can hear the ocean and we didn't even bother to wear flip-flops to go back and forth. It was hard to get our teenage kids to leave the pool, which was heated round the clock and we stayed in there each night star-gazing for hours. The house is amazingly well appointed, authentic in style while modern in amenities. Shane was fantastic in booking us excursions, making great recommendations and being very very responsive on things we should not have even bothered her with. Truly a seamlessly run villa in all respects.

Mairead and her darling children were wonderful hosts. It was truly a gem of a find, the views from the top bedroom are second to none. And the property itself was so stunning the only downside was that it made it hard to ever want to leave. Mairead and Chris were such gracious hosts, very communicative and attentive to any questions/needs. Hope we have the chance to come back again some day and share the magical space with friends.

Janalyn's Casa Oro is beyond what you could ask for. A large, homey, accommodation in the heart of paradise. Even during the loud festivals and music that played throughout the nights, this location is far enough from the action to be quiet, yet the heart of Sayulita is just a short walk down the street away. Everything is so cozy and oriented so a larger party can gather, cook meals, and still have their private spaces in a room, or even an open air patio or balcony. She also provides you a list of activities, and suggestions for nearby businesses. Everything from espresso, restaurants and live music, to the best place to get your clothes laundered. I traveled with my teenage son, his grandmother, and one of my best friends. Our experience was like that of a rejuvenating retreat. We did not want to leave! I cannot recommend this house and host enough. I can guarantee this experience will make you want to return as soon and often as possible!

We had an amazing time at Rodrigo’s place a the Maritima. The condo community is amazing very high end. The Condo had a few minor issues but Rodrigo and team were responsive and took care of them in a timely manner. The Kitchen is functional with coffee, tea, sugar, salt and oil provided. It would have been helpful to have a bowl set for salad’s and serving, measuring cup and storage containers for left overs. It was nice to have the treated water for drinking and bottle water and ice is available from the concierge at a minimal cost. Loved the many palms, palapas and loungers on the beautiful walkable beach. The roof top hot pool for sunsets was amazing. The place could use a paint job. A table or side tables for the balcony would be nice to hold your beverages and food while enjoining the amazing mountain, ocean and night light views. The cool breezes at night are great when you open both doors. AC was adequate when needed. It was a great space for 3 couples we loved our time there

Maritima is a FANTASTIC!! The condo is SUPER spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of dining space inside or outside. And stunning balcony and rooftop views! The entire property is well laid out with tons of seating options by the pool or ocean. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The downside is the location itself on the boulevard. Grocery and restaurants were a minimum 15 minute walk. Taxis are quickly available for 200 pesos each way. It would have been helpful if Richard made a booklet for guests with information re: grocery & restaurant locations, path to Bucerias, taxi info, TV info, and how to get more water & toilet paper. Having said that, he was quickly attentive to our questions and we had a FANTASTIC vacation!!

We have stayed at Maria's place a few times, both in the upstairs unit and lower unit and they are are great. Very clean, and has for the most part anything you could need. Great communication, and an easy to find location in one of our favorite towns in all of Mexico. Mill gracias por tu servico Maria! Hasta Pronto,

Absolutely stunning and comfortable house in Corral Del Risco! It had everything we needed for a gorgeous week off from winter up in Canada. Can’t wait to return!
