Best-Equipped Kitchen in our 12 years of Airbnb experience! I felt right at home in the kitchen…it has everything you need to cook and grill. It even has a crock pot. I would give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paolo was super responsive whenever we had any questions. Our flight departure was later in the afternoon. Paolo was very kind in allowing us to extend to 12pm even though he had another booking check-in in the afternoon. Grazie Mille Paolo! The views especially the sea breeze were wonderful. We never had to use the air-condition and fan. The place was very quiet at night despite having an all inclusive resort beside it. We slept like babies…. In terms of safety, there are security guards 24 x 7 including the main entrance. We even got to know the guards as they were super friendly. Hands down better than an all-inclusive resort like Secrets which we had stayed many times in the past. 👍👍

Second time at this lovely location.. photos and description are both spot on. The house is perfectly organized and completely stocked. The beach is a lovely to walk both day and night with soft sand and many photo opportunities. our host and home ownet John was very helpful and Maria makes amazing guacamole. We will be back

This house is amazing and is located in a private, quiet and safe community yet very close to restaurants and stores which is very convenient. Ariadna gave recommendations that were excellent and she was always very attentive and responsive, feeling of talking to a friend vs a stranger.

We had an amazing time at Rodrigo’s place a the Maritima. The condo community is amazing very high end. The Condo had a few minor issues but Rodrigo and team were responsive and took care of them in a timely manner. The Kitchen is functional with coffee, tea, sugar, salt and oil provided. It would have been helpful to have a bowl set for salad’s and serving, measuring cup and storage containers for left overs. It was nice to have the treated water for drinking and bottle water and ice is available from the concierge at a minimal cost. Loved the many palms, palapas and loungers on the beautiful walkable beach. The roof top hot pool for sunsets was amazing. The place could use a paint job. A table or side tables for the balcony would be nice to hold your beverages and food while enjoining the amazing mountain, ocean and night light views. The cool breezes at night are great when you open both doors. AC was adequate when needed. It was a great space for 3 couples we loved our time there

A beautiful house! Mr. Ulises at all times was very friendly. Very comfortable to be there, everything is very quiet, having the sea super close, gym, swimming pool, etc. everything super good although due to bad luck we touched closed the restaurant that is close there and we would go out to get that to eat/dine but Mr. Ulises always helped with his recommendations. This was a beautiful stay!

The place was amazing. We loved the space and the décor of the condo. Had a very comfortable King size bed. Keep in mind we live in the country therefore we found that the street we faced was very busy. Kitchen was well supplied. The rooftop pool was amazing, we spent a lot of time there. House keeping kept the place very clean. Tere went out of her way to accommodante us. She never made us feel that we were bothering her. We would highly recommend.

Thank you Alina and Armando for giving us a wonderful condo to stay in for our month long family vacation. Your place was so clean and the beds along with the pillows were extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed the wonderful balcony and spotted whales on a daily basis. We also appreciated the constant support and attention to care from the both of you along with Oscar!!!

I give it 5 stars, the place could have been cleaner. I wish the pool had a better temperature, I only used it once. There is a close restaurant with nice food, but you should walk more than 10 minutes to get other options but I found a guy who delivered everything I needed. I hope he manages to get more space for more people.
