Great place to stay. like a little oasis in the middle of the jungle! Jonathan was a great host and you won't be disappointed with his condo. will definitely be back.

I stayed here for 2 nights and everything was like how it's advertised. The place is near 7-1q and Tops supermarket and a few local restaurants near by. Room is clean and there are extra blankets in the wardrobe. There are enough cooking utensils and I could cook easy meals here. Gym and swimming pool are great! Feel like home staying here and would definitely come back if I come to Pattaya again.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Overall, the apartments are excellent and fully equipped – there is furniture, tableware, and everything is in good condition. The location is great: entertainment spots are about a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a store just around the corner, which was a very convenient bonus. I especially want to highlight the host, Sam. He is truly great, always available, and responds quickly to any questions or issues. There was a problem with cockroaches, but Sam immediately called pest control, and the issue was almost completely resolved. Another nice touch – Sam took care of sleeping comfort and even bought a mattress topper to make the bed softer. Such details are really appreciated. There was hot water with good pressure – no complaints. Overall, these were comfortable apartments with excellent service from the host. I will definitely return and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good place in a convenient location with a caring owner.

it was a great experience at this apartment. very clean with all the equipment that you need for your stay. AO she is a great host very kind and try to help always. there's 7-Eleven at the building. and outside, there's a few massages and restaurants. one of the best apartments I had at airbnb.

I booked the apartments for my parents’ holiday and here is what they reported: Nice , spacious apartment, snow-white linen and towels, good mattresses. There is everything you need for both short and long stays. There is a filter for drinking water - it is very convenient. Nearby there is a small swimming pool on the terrace, where it is pleasant to meet the sunrise and watch the sunset. The sea is a 10-minute walk away , in front of the house there are cafes , shops and pharmacies nearby . I recommend it and will definitely stay here.

Very good Host and the place was modern,clean and good security . Parking,shops ,bus stop and restaurants very conveniently located. Will book again next year.

J was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Her place is a nice getaway. The area is nice and quiet, a little bit far from all the main action which is exactly what I was looking for. Direct access to the beach and pool is open late till 10! I’m missing that incredible view already. Thank you for everything!

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

The host was great, very responsive. The apartment was cosy but had everything needed with a beautiful balcony and the rooftop pool & gym were amazing. Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay! The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable, located on a quiet street in a good area. It’s well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere and a comfortable bed. Convenient location, easy check-in, and great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

We had such a comfortable stay in Keli's beautiful, well equiped apartment. We have stayed in the area before, at a much higher cost, in a less well equipped apartment. The view from Keli's balcony is directly over the beach, out to the sea horizon. The pool area is so relaxing, with dedicated sunbeds and seating area, so you never go without. Keli was extremely helpful and flexible with check in and check out times, and she wanted only one thing...the best for us!! Thank you so much Keli. our stay was perfect and will will certainly see you again soon. 🙏❤️

Quite possibly the best airbnb host we have ever encountered. The apartment is perfect for a couple with a great view & awesome amenities. Free use of the motorbike is an added advantage & very useful if you have the skills to ride in a busy place such as Pattaya. Really pleasant area with all you need close by & nice accessible beach.

The place is located in a gated community with a great pool built like in an amusement park. Great for kids. Residents and Security guards are friendly and helpful. It's a small walk from Jomtien Beach and Night Market which we enjoyed a lot. It would have been great if some coffee and sugar had been provided but it isn't a deal breaker.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to those views was incredible, and the studio was so clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again!

I had a really good rest before heading out. ^ ^ It was nice to meet the Korean owner in a faraway country, and he was very responsive. The accommodation was clean, the bathroom was tidy, the water pressure was very strong, the hot water came out well, and it was a spotless place. I'll be back for another time!
