Mr Rodenei welcomed us personally and very politely instructed us on the accommodation and operation of the building. The garage is covered. The view of the beach is beautiful and you can stay for hours enjoying the sea. It was well worth it. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing Apartment, perfect for families and friends! We had a wonderful week at the apartment with my family and friends, and we felt at home from the very first moment. The space is extremely comfortable and is fully equipped with all the utensils needed for a practical and enjoyable stay. The three suites are large and offer an excellent level of comfort, ideal for those who are traveling and want to feel at ease. In addition, the fact that it is an apartment per floor ensures a lot of privacy and tranquility, with very little noise. The host was exceptional: always kind, considerate, and ready to help with what we needed. The apartment is so complete that we no longer wanted to leave! We definitely recommend for those looking for comfort, practicality and an excellent location.

It was all perfect, impeccable AP, all very clean, all the items in the listing available, exactly like the photo, an amazing view. Great location, the building has the convenience of the beach service and the pool is heated, perfect structure with game room, gym. Both Gabriella and the building's employees (janitor and gatekeepers) are extremely gentle, polite and helpful. We'll be back for sure. And the host Gabriela was able to fulfill us in a special request I asked for her. The stay was perfect. Thank you for giving us a perfect weekend, the whole family loved it.

Great value for money! The place is exactly like the pictures and is worth the price you are charged. Although it is not a large apartment, it has 2 bedrooms and a good living room, in addition to air conditioning, which is essential at this time of the year. The apartment was clean and in good condition. The best part is the location. In my opinion, the corner of the fort is the quietest to stay in Praia Grande, even at the end of the year. The apartment is a block and a half from the beach, with ice cream and restaurant on the same street, as well as a pharmacy and market (carrefour express) on the back street, which is the main avenue, with several restaurants, cafes, etc. You don't have to use the car for nothing! Finally, Nei was a great host, being totally available, answering us extremely quickly. It was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone

The best of the holidays in the best place. Silvia's apartment is beautiful, it has all the amenities one expects and more , spacious and comfortable, nicer even than in the photos . The condominium in which it is located is very safe , facing the sea and with all the services and kindness of its employees . Silvia and her husband were excellent hosts , we felt right at home , they always responded very kindly and gave a solution to everything . Silvia was always attentive to us having an excellent stay !!! We would come back without hesitation !!! Guaruja is a dream place for those who love the beach and the sea . Thank you Silvia !!!!!!!

We had another amazing stay in the beach house! This is the second time we have stayed there and again it was perfect. The space is very good, well cared for and comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, which made us feel right at home from the first moment. The location is also excellent, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet environment. We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend!

Ap with the incredible view facing the Hélio beach was super attentive, there are plenty of trades nearby, the flat is very cozy, perfect for spending a family weekend, I loved and will come back more often !!

Nice place and very well cared for, with a very good location with things to do without having to take the car out of the parking lot. All items described were in accordance with reality and the site information was also clear from arrival to checkout. Tamara also always responded quickly and was available to solve everything we need very carefully.

The place is exactly as it appears in the photos, the view to the sea gains a beautiful highlight in the apartment and the location made it very easy to know the places around, very well equipped to create good memories in the family. It was an incredible weekend, exceptional place, everything new and impeccable, Viviane even from afar did not fail to answer absolutely nothing, we feel at home, we will go back many and many times still, megastly attentive and friendly trustee, presented us everything, we were really comfortable, perfect !!!!!
