The apartment is spacious, nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. It has everything you need in the kitchen. Ideally located, it makes it easy to discover the city. All within walking distance. A supermarket, bakery, and a few restaurants are almost downstairs from the building. The apartment is quiet, ideal after busy days outdoors. Virginia is very responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out easy. A good address in Tours that we recommend without hesitation!

Laure is a pleasant host perfectly responsive and accommodating. Her place is very beautiful, tastefully decorated, and impeccably equipped. Its location is ideal and allows you to do everything on foot in the city, leaving the car in the covered parking lot. I would definitely recommend this place and they'll be happy to come back

We spent a two-night stay in Suman's. The accommodation was very clean, functional and well located. The parking space is a real plus in the area so as not to take your head off and especially avoid paying in addition to the accommodation. This is a great little house in a quiet location just outside Tours. Everything is modern and new, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Easy and secure parking. Highly recommend this house as a base for exploring the region by car.

Had a great stay in Tours at a very well located flat in a lovely part of the town. Close to the river and easy walking distance to the town centre and train station, and the garden was really pleasant to sit outside in when the weather was good. Adeline was a great host and would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Tours.

I stayed at Jean-Marc's place for the weekend, and the studio was better than I had expected! It is quite centrally located, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Being a studio, every inch of the space was well thought through, to maximize space. Well worth it, I definitely recommend it!

My daughter and my son-in-law who had been offered this we as a couple were delighted! They very much enjoyed the jaccuzi, the welcome, the cottage, the beautiful view and the beautiful walks around. They recommend it!
