very clean apt, well sanitized bathrooms, neighbors and very polite and kind staff. We felt at home, didn't even want to leave! the very polite and helpful host. I refuse to stay elsewhere. But not to look like undercover publicity would only give a suggestion to tidy up the suite box that is stuck and too heavy to open. No more, better than hotel! congratulations.

Italo is very attentive, a clean place served the purpose of accommodating two people for work, the more you can accommodate a small family to walk peacefully.

I recommend staying at the apartment. The co-host Apoliana was very helpful and always responded promptly. The apartment is not spacious and is in a very quiet condominium. Very well located in Lagoa Seca and with restaurants, pharmacy and markets nearby.

Everything very quiet, João always in contact with questions. The environment is very organized, clean, has air conditioning and for those who do not like or have problems there is also the possibility of using a fan. It is also close to several pleasant places like pizzerias and snack bars.

the only caveat is the shower that is very weak. however, everything is right. everything works well. everything is clean and organized. super attentive host and the person who welcomed us as well.
