Welcome to our completely renovated holiday home. The holiday home is located behind our private house. The house is suitable for two people. You have your own entrance and behind the house you have a spacious green private garden at your disposal with a sunny terrace. the house is 500 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the supermarket and the cozy village square. On the village square you can find bike rental, bakery, drugstore, ice cream parlour and restaurants. On the beach 6 pavilions.

A cozy vacation home perfectly located near the beach (200 m), the dunes (25 m) and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee (300 m). The house is nicely decorated for up to 2 adults and 2 children. From the sunny terrace, you enter the living room through a spacious hallway. From the living room there is access to the bathroom and luxurious kitchen. From the hall, you can also reach the first floor in the room with two single beds and the bedroom with a large double bed and linen closet.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Beach house in the dunes with sea views.

In the middle of the dunes of nature park Zuid-Kennemerland 300m from the beach is this spacious holiday home with unobstructed sea views. Warm up by the wood stove after a long beach walk or enjoy from the terrace in front of the setting sun. From the balcony at the bedroom you can see the sun rise in the morning over the dune landscape, where deer are often seen. The house is spacious, has 2.5 floors and is fully equipped. There is a shared swimming pool + sauna.

Enjoy island living in our cosy villetta.

Our chalet is located on the edge of the lively dune village of De Koog. A chalet is a modern "mobile home", not a cottage. There is room for up to 4 people. A small but complete holiday home. The chalet has its own parking space and garden. Next to our own house. The bus stops nearby and facilities are within walking distance. The access road (50 km/h) to and from the village is 25m from the chalet. Price per night excludes tourist tax: (€2.30 pp/pn)

Vacation home "Sun & Sea" at 500m from the beach.

Our small cozily furnished holiday home for 2 people with private garden on the south-southwest is 700 meters from the beach. Practical and fully furnished with dishwasher, combi-microwave, fridge and use of freezer, so to stay at home. The center is 300 meters away, but still one can wonderfully enjoy the tranquility. Cozy family cottage near the port of Oudeschild

The Polar Bear House is a cozy and child-friendly cottage, located at the bottom of the IJsdijk. Cross the Waddenzeedijk and you are in the lively port of Oudeschild. Here you can eat a fish, take a trip on a shrimp cutter and sail to sandbanks where seals live. The nice museum Cape Skil is also within walking distance, as well as a supermarket and restaurants. Birds can get their heart's content from the Vogelboulevard.

Monumental house located in a small street very close to the village center. Built in 1908, completely renovated in 2018. 3 minutes walking distance to the center, 5 minutes to the train station, 8 minutes to the beach and the dunes. 10 minutes walking distance to the race track. Extra: free entrance (for 1 car) in the parking garage, 2 minutes walking distance. Patio with comfortable benches & bbq.

Het is een rustige buurt , Strand en centrum met diverse supermarkets zijn allemaal op loopafstand. Treinstation is slechts 5 minuten lopen, trein verbinding naar Haarlem en Amsterdam zijn rechtstreeks. Toeristen belasting is €3,30 per persoon per dag. Since 2022 no free parking in Zandvoort anymore, all Zandvoort (Government of Zandvoort) .
