Beautiful apartment very bright, refurbished in 2017. Large living room of 35m2 with 3 large windows. Large bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet. The apartment is ideally located in the city center, 2 minutes from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the gousset dish beach, the harbour or the Upper Town. It is at the heart of quality food shops and craftsmen. The apartment does not currently have wifi or a TV, but the 4G is very well received.

4 windows facing south, renovated, exceptional views,

South facing apartment in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the 2nd floor without elevator. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbour which gives an impression of a living painting from anywhere. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a night space in addition to the bedroom independent of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.

50 meters from the sea, city center, charming apartment, 2 rooms on the 2nd floor without elevator in quiet and well-maintained building. You will find comfort as well as contemporary decor, without superfluous. Bright, triple exposures. The bedroom has comfortable bedding 140x190. In the living room, the convertible sofa offers a real 120x190 mattress. The apartment must be returned in the state of cleanliness found upon check-in.
