What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean with plenty of room, 2 toilets and a nice balcony. The facilities are lovely including the pools (both the resident's pool and the hotel pools next door which guests have access to). We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this apartment!

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Great location! Close to all amenities and the marina and JBR district! Perfect for strolling and enjoying with family and adults The apartment is clean and identical to the photos, the space is nice and the beds are very comfortable! The host was responsive and good advice and guided us well throughout the stay! We made the most of it and will return to this apartment for our next stay in Dubai!

This apartment is well-equipped and has a very convenient location: there are several food supermarkets and public transport stops nearby and also a tourist working area of Dubai Marina. The swimming pool is heated and clean. The host was helpful, attentive and obliging. Highly recommend!

With easy access to local amenities and all of Dubai’s top attractions just a short distance away, it made it incredibly convenient and enjoyable for our visit in exploring the city! What truly made our stay stand out though were the hosts. Enrica, Pepijn and the team were absolutely brilliant – polite, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. It was clear from the start that their top priority was making sure we had the most comfortable and seamless stay possible, and they went above and beyond in every way. We’ll be booking this apartment again for all our future trips to Dubai!

Our stay at Sili & Frank’s apartment has definitely exceeded our expectations! From the smoothness of check-in, to the view from our balcony, to the infinity pool on the 64th floor, to the comfort of the bed, to the many amenities offered by this property! Great place to stay.. We booked this place with a little apprehension. I am glad we booked. This place is nice. Yes, a little small for a family of 4. But we expected that. Sofa cum bed was made to accommodate the children. Well, the location is fantastic and pictures are same as the apartment. Coordination from the team was good and they were super responsive. Helpful and always active to make u comfortable. they also initiated if we needed some suggestions for sight seeing, but since my itinerary was already planned, didn't ask them.

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

Skyline Security is the best apartment I've ever booked through Airbnb! The absolute highlight is the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. It's just incredible – you feel like you're in the middle of the life of Downtown Dubai. The other guests are all very upscale, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. We arrived by car and had a reserved underground parking space – very convenient! The service was outstanding – the team took care of us 24/7. There was some construction noise on the balcony, but this is completely normal as downtown Dubai is still being built everywhere. All in all a clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!
