Holiday rentals with a balcony in Jumeirah Lake Towers

We loved this place. A nice view over the water, in the middle of the Marina but still quite. If you stay longer than a 1-2 nights (like us), consider that the host only provides 1 large towel per person. We ended up buying some extra ones, since we wanted to use the pool and gym. Overall all good!

We had a very good stay in this apartment. Strengths Spacious, bright, and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen and a charming canal view. Fantastic location in the heart of Marina, a lively area full of bars and restaurants. There is a bit of noise, but that's the price to pay for staying in a city that's constantly growing and evolving. Convenient public transport: metro 15 minutes away, tram stop right in front of the building. Responsive and kind host. Areas for improvement Finding the apartment was a bit tricky, and the reception was unavailable due to maintenance work, so the access was only possible through the garage. While this wasn’t a major issue, it would have been helpful to have this information in advance. The listing mentions a swimming pool, but it is not available at all. No luggage storage, which would be useful for early arrivals or post-checkout plans. Overall, a positive experience—we would recommend it!

Host was so helpful and quick with responses. The apartment was beautiful and just like the pictures! I would definitely stay again. The amenities were amazing too!

The property was lovely, great location and view, the host was super responsive. I would definitely book another stay in this apartment. Some minor things need addressing for example sick in the bathroom was blocked so water took a while to drain, the curtains had come off the track and small damp patch in one of the bathrooms but like I said minor and does not take away from the lovely apartment and I would definitely return. Thank you

Great place. Location could hardly be better. A few minutes to the beach, actually right on promenade Marina. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has free parking space in parking garage. Communication and on-site support was great. The apartment is on the 19th floor If you are very sensitive to noise - you can easily hear the street noise.
