Great Space! We had a birthday party there and the space surprised me positively. Very large, clean, pleasant, the house space is separated from the area and we enjoy it a lot. I recommend it!

The Chácara is comfortable, it is noticed that it was built with affection, care and dedication. The planned furniture in the kitchen, the air conditioning of the rooms, the refrigerator and freezer, the spacious table all made a difference for us during the stay. It has large pots, which made our life easier in the kitchen. Lucas and Mrs. Fabíola were great with us and supported us promptly during the stay. Ah, the Wi-Fi works very well, my family liked it so much that if they could buy the farm.

márcia was a great host of this apartment! always answered my questions and my problems very quickly! in relation to the apartment, I found the apartment and the condominium very simple, neighborhood was quiet but I found it a little noisy. the BRT near the apartment (about 8 minutes walking) facilitated me a lot in locomotion. There is a very good bakery on the corner, and a wholesale (but I found it difficult to cross the street to get there). overall, I really enjoyed it! :)

Perfect for business travellers, although this time, I have for a particular compression. There is a great nearby "padoca", a pizzeria, and a nearby cafeteria - everything can go on foot without any problem. The bath is very good because it has an electric heater, so the shower is renovating. The apartment has galore sockets (for everything else), and that, nowadays, is no longer luxury. Very good!
