Chalet in a safe condominium with spectacular view. We were greeted late at night and very well because we had an unforeseen with another accommodation and we were with family. Even the condominium porter is super helpful. Communicative host and responds quickly, super attentive. The view is breathtaking. Great location. For those who are afraid of steep climbs or mobility difficulties may not be interesting. It can be a place for sunbathing and there is a shower for those who do not want to go to the beach.

The word to define is Gratitude. Since the first contact with Leda, all the time attentive, he clarified all questions, indicated places, tips and full support. House like the photos, cozy space, it felt like home. Swimming pool, safe place, easy access to beaches , shops (market/ bakery/ pharmacy) very well located. I had no problem in the stay, all items in the house work perfectly. It's well worth it , I left thinking about the date back… sure soon. I went with a good expectation, lively. I left with a cheerful and contented heart was so much better than I imagined.

Highly recommend. The house is in paradise. Silence and privacy. Beyond the woods that are amazing. The path is dirt and I got rain, it's not good, but I did it without giving great work. What's worth it is for you to rest in this getaway after a day at the beach and a lot of silence. Drive and motorcycle are good. I don't recommend it without transportation. And with vehicle is next to several beach options with 10 and 15 min. In addition, Thaís is a great host.

I spent an amazing weekend at Mr. Bráulio in Ilhabela! The lodging was simply wonderful - the chalet is super cozy, well equipped and perfect for relaxing. A wonderful place, we were very well received by Luciano, who guided us and made himself available. The house was spotless and it was just like the ad. D for easy reach on the beaches and in the center by car. We love our stay.

What a blessed place! As soon as I arrived, I noticed the cleaning of the place. All clean smelling. Hosts are always willing to help. But the best of all is to enjoy the little river and the fresh air of the balcony. I will be back for sure!

What a beautiful place! Maressa was very hospitable, kind, treating us as if we were family, even in her baby shower we went. Your son Tiago is a sweetheart, and also very receptive, as well as the owner Hosana mother of Maressa, very friendly, communicative and very receptive as well. I, my husband and my mother really loved it very much. We will definitely return and take our little b***h along.

The space is very nice, with everything we need. The pictures correspond to reality, the kitchen utensils all clean and of good quality. Great pans. Everything perfect! The garden is amazing and gave my dog to run quite safely as it is surrounded. The second time we've stayed, and we'll definitely be back again.

The place is beautiful, well taken care of, the very kind housekeeper, the owner quickly responds to the messages. The only point of attention is access, people with some kind of mobility difficulties or elderly may encounter some difficulty, was the case of my mother, yet with patience we were able to make the most of it. It's well worth it!

The stay was very good in Eder's apartment. We only have observation to do in relation to the condominium, which does not have a sun guard in the pool. Suggestion would be to make a natural cover (of plants) in an existing bamboo structure, to make shade. We tried to use the external shower, down the road (staircase) to the beach, but the forest was closed covering the shower and with cobwebs. Otherwise, the place is beautiful, very nice. Recommend!

If you're looking for isolation, it's the right place. Access is complicated, dark and with many insects and low light. To access the beach you have to go down through the rocks, it is dangerous, or else walk for 10 minutes The property is good, but there is no air-conditioning in the room. In general a very rustic experience! I like it, but if you don't like it better look for other options!

Excellent stay, considering the disputed period of the new year. Practical, clean, organized and safe accommodation. Located at the end of Maresias beach, it is therefore necessary to walk about 10min towards the beginning to reach more restaurants. Overall, great place to stay. The stay was great, close to beach as we wanted. Location exactly as described. Because it is surrounded by the forest and nature, it is the tip for the next guests to bring a raquet or repellent socket for pernilongs.

The chalet is exactly as described in the listing, an incredible view of the sea, lots of natural light, armchairs, hammocks and complete kitchen! The chalet is well located, to go on foot on some beaches (Praia Grande or Curral - this a little further away) and also has markets and pharmacies! We will be back !

What an amazing place! We loved the architecture of the place, really unique, beautiful and practical. Fresh air coming through the windows, like a natural AC. The view is just crazy, waking up in the morning, watching the sunset from bed. Claudia was really helpful as well. We loved our stay, thank you!

We love the house, very cozy, clean pool and cared for every day by the housekeeper. Perfect Space, my family loved it. near the beach, but we drove to take what was needed. Anyway super recommend!!

Super polite, considerate and own a wonderful place, really the chalet delivers what it promises and even more.
