Forget your concerns in this spacious and quiet space. The guesthouse consists of a small kitchen, a small dining room with stairs up to the first floor. On the first floor there is a double bed and a sofa, the bed is shielded behind a half wall. The guesthouse overlooks the fields and our own house is right next to the guesthouse. The guesthouse is located 200 meters from the Archipelago Trail and 300 meters to the old railway path, which goes directly into Svendborg. Possibility to bring horse and dog.

Our private 42sqm guesthouse was previously designed as a “Man Cave” in the middle of an old farm house. It is situated in a beautiful nature, quiet and peaceful with fresh air and low pollution country side - it is very simple and nothing fancy like hotels so lower your expectations. You may see wildlife outdoor insects coming in during summertime (carpet black beetles, ants, spiders, snails, flies, mosquitoes or even a bee). If that makes you squeamish, this is not the booking for you.

The home is located in a rural setting with many opportunities for experiences in nature. Parking right at the door. "The Tiled House" is a residence of 80m2, of which 50m2 is used by AirB&b guests. 2 beds with possibility of additional bedding. Bathroom and Tea kitchen with fridge. Please note there is no stove. B&B in our guesthouse, in Nationalpark Thy. The house is located just off the hiking trail. A good place to start your walking or ride your bike. The room is 12m2. You have your own simple toilet. By agreement 4 days before arrival you can buy breakfast for (65kr), nearly all organic. You can make your own dinner, on a outdoor stove/ microwawe. Electric car charging is possible in the night. There is WiFi. The price is: 500 kr for two persons including bed linen.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
