Holiday rentals with a patio in Kalgan

My partner and I had a fantastic Valentine's Day weekend here. Very responsive and friendly host, location easy to find on Google maps and beautiful scenery. a subjective niggle, but the bed was quite firm (but we understand others may prefer a firm mattress)

This was an amazing little get away. Gemma was extremely helpful and responsive. It was such a relaxing place to stay for a couple of nights with plenty to do!

Sharon‘s place is awesome for relaxing. The nature around the property is beautiful and very remote which we loved but needs to be kept in mind when booking the place. The apartment was very clean. It is a house with 2 apartments which have separate front yards and entrance door. It was a friendly contact when we met the hosts on the property but we definitely had our private space at all times. Would highly recommend to people that like remote areas and nature. Great place to stay! Close to town, national parks and the beach. The place is private and clean, with great amenities, and Chantel was a wonderful host.

Jilba Cottage, nestled on a serene farm near Albany’s Granite Skywalk, is more than a place to stay—it’s a retreat into nature’s quiet embrace. Surrounded by whispering trees and rolling fields, the property feels alive with stillness, a sanctuary where time slows and the soul softens. The cottage itself, humble yet elegant, radiates warmth and simplicity. Though I longed to gaze at the stars, the overcast skies cloaked them during our stay, leaving only the promise of their brilliance behind. Yet, even without their light, Jilba offered its own constellation: the symphony of nature, the gentle hum of peace, and the sense that this is a place where the world pauses just for you. It’s not simply a getaway—it’s a place that stays with you long after you’ve gone.

Fabulous house, well exceeded expectations. Very comfortable beds, spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchen. Lee was a very helpful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of having a holiday in Albany and would love to stay here again.

Everything was as described, very clean a very cozy place to stay. The lower area with pool was a definite highlight. The location of the property is also very well located, you can easily reach everything. Thanks Sophie

Absolutely stunning accommodation in the most beautiful setting! It is as beautiful as the photos show & the balcony/outside seating is so peaceful and tranquil where you can enjoy visits from fairy wrens. It is a fair way from town but this is definitely part of its appeal.

Mark ensured that we had clear and succinct instructions when checking into the Airbnb. Fantastic views, and the kitchen especially was our favourite, having access to regular cooking ingredients and utilities! It is very hard to find listings that provide a full kitchen. Thank you Mark for making our short stay in Albany a memorable one :)
