Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kalix Municipality

We gave the trip to Lulea to our parents for their golden wedding anniversary. I personally was not there, but can and should report from my parents that it was a wonderful stay! The house was very cozy and lovingly furnished and was really perfect! Viveka was an excellent host! It was very pleasant to communicate with her! The answers always came quickly and she was very eager to ensure that my parents lacked nothing! Thank you!

Incredibly nice cottage overlooking the lake. Large deck and cozy wood-fired sauna. Peter and Lovisa were a great host couple. They were always available and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Would love to rent the place again!

Incredibly nice cabin close to the sea and nature. Clean and tidy when you arrived. Incredibly great host who responded quickly and had all the supplies you can imagine. It really felt like coming home. There's nothing you miss when you're there. Me and my children had an incredible time there and will come back to this nice gem in the future. We had a great time at Madelene's place. The house is beautiful and very quiet. We organized winter activities with Niklas and it was amazing, I recommend it. The house is well-equipped and the beds comfortable. The fisherman's hut bed is a sofa bed, so not necessarily very comfortable and there is no toilet in this room, it is important to know. We were able to see northern lights from the garden and on the frozen lake it was magical. We were able to enjoy the sauna which was very comfortable, but a toilet was not working and neither was the bathtub. That didn't stop us from having a wonderful stay. I highly recommend Madelene's house for a quiet winter vacation in an amazing setting.

Mikael is a wonderful host, very friendly and open. It was our second stay in his cosy house and we enjoyed it even more than the first time. Whenever we were looking for support, Mikael helped very quickly and he gave good advice. We had a great experience.

We stayed in Sonja and Börje's house for two weeks, the two live in the adjoining house and were always reachable and exceptionally helpful. They even lent us their car when we were having problems with our car. They had great tips for us and whenever available if we had any questions. The old house is super cozy, in the kitchen-living room you can bear it wonderfully even in bad weather. The toddler game room is worth its weight in gold! The tranquility and the ice-covered Baltic Sea on the doorstep, the northern lights with clear skies, the homemade cinnamon rolls that Sonja brought by, the equipment we were allowed to borrow, all this helped us to have a very relaxing vacation. It was also perfect and completely problem-free with our dogs. Thank you very much for the great hospitality!

The house is very cozy, it was very clean and tidy, and it is located in a very quiet area. We really enjoyed the surroundings. We could see the northern lights and a beautiful starry sky.

A fantastic family getaway by the beach, private and comfortable. A very good wood heated sauna and great swimming in the mostly sandy and very shallow water. Kitchen very well equipped. Unlike the photos, there’s now an extra bedroom by the kitchen which was a happy surprise and added bonus for us (a family of four) as nobody had to sleep in the living room! No bug nets in the windows limits the airing of the house in the summer (f ex, cannot leave windows open for the night if hot). There was a of mixup with cleaning upon arrival and the lawnmowers and leaf blowers came twice during our stay (noise was enough to close all windows) but the host dealt with the issues promptly and generously.
