Had a wonderful stay with Sophia. Friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Chickens on the farm laid my breakfast for me! home made jams … bread service if required. The appartment is really well equipped and everything is in good condition with lots of homely touches to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will definitely be booking again! Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this super cozy and perfect home in Kramsach for our 4-day vacation. The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and truly had everything we needed! Jwala prepared everything for our stay with a kid and a baby, which made our trip even more comfortable and stress-free. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Super equipped apartment. Restaurants and shopping are also nearby. The landlord was super nice and was always able to advise us in case of inquiries. I'd love to come back :)

Highly recommend staying at this property. It's super clean, super cute and the hosts are fantastic.

We were there as a family with another family. The stay was overall very nice. The chalet is quite high up, so the view of the valley was fantastic. The sauna invites you to relax, which we also used. However, it was unfortunate that the children were not allowed in here. It was also great that you can get directly on a (black) slope for winter sports after about a 5-minute walk. If you reach the end of the slopes, you can then hop on the ski bus and drive to the nearest ski resort after a short walk. Otherwise, the place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Many thanks to the hosts!

The apartment is very typically furnished, it is on the upper floor of a small wooden house on the edge of the farm. The living room is heated with a large tiled stove and you have a wonderful view of the mountains. There is nothing missing in the apartment. We found the beds to be very comfortable. From the apartment you can reach Alpbach in 1 km and in about 10 minutes by car in Inneralpbach, from where the many ski slopes are easily accessible! You can also walk very well to the valley station of the Wiedersbergerhornbahn. The special thing about this apartment is certainly next to the quiet location of the attached farm, you can feed the chickens and visit the cows and calves. The wonderful stay is rounded off by the warm contact with Gitti, which provided us with fantastic delicacies from the farm (homemade bread, eggs from the chickens, milk, cream cheese and much more). We thank you Gitti very much and will be happy to come back!

Spent a super nice birthday weekend with friends at the cabin. It is super cozy, tastefully decorated and a unique mix of old and modern 😊 communication with the hosts was also very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Anja was very accommodating and helpful across the duration of my stay. The apartment is beautiful and easy to get to. Getting into the centre of Innsbruck was super easy with the bus stop nearby the apartment. Overall would highly recommend!!

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.
