Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kanab

This house is in the perfect location if you want to see the canyons. The view out the soaring windows is beautiful and the place is incredibly peaceful. The hosts are quick to respond and ensured the house did not have any strong perfumed smells as my husband has allergies. Beds super comfortable and luxurious and the place is beautifully styled.

this was a lovely place in a quiet part of town. it is a large and spacious and had lots of towels. it is a great location for visiting Zion national Park, we also went to Bryce from here though it took 1.5hrs. I enjoyed the hot tub too. you are expected to take out trash and put towels in washing machine when leaving.

An absolutely amazing stay! The space was clean, tidy, and exactly as described in a quiet and conveniently located neighborhood. We were lucky enough to win a BLM permit for Coyote Buttes while there, and we utilized Jeff & Julie’s guiding service to go on a tour. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and we had the best experience we could have possibly had. Zero complaints. Can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful cabin. We really enjoyed our stay. We used the hot tub and fire pit, which were both very nice. We came up from Phoenix to hike Bryce and Zion. Met family from Illinois. The cabin was a great location for that. We grilled a couple nights and ate at Bryce lodge one night and in Springdale one night. The best nights were just relaxing and cooking at the cabin. Thanks guys for making our trip the best😊 The stars were beautiful. Lots of deer and turkeys!

John is an incredible host who is determined to make your stay a memorable one. John lays everything out that you could possibly need along with trail suggestions and directions as well as reviews on many of the local spots. He was spot on on those. I can’t think of a thing we needed that John did t provide. Top notch experience from start to finish.

Lovely stay! It felt private while very close to town and hiking trails. We enjoyed the hot tub and the spacious home.

Really neat home; fantastic concept of the layout. Everything was great, but the water in the hot tub was low and didn't get hot. Also, if you use Apple Maps to find the location, it will take you way off route, i.e. Google Maps is the way to go. Check the shower for spiders too before showering (: All in all, great place. I would definitely go back.

Fantastic place to call a home base while exploring the magic of southern Utah. The home felt as though I was stepping into my own - very comfortable for our 3.5 week stay with our preschooler and dog. The yard is HUGE and fenced (and we enjoyed the fire pit multiple times). The wifi is strong! Perfect launch pad for exploring nearby. We visited Zion multiple times (we recommend entering the park from the eastern entrance as opposed to the Springdale entrance which is a longer route from Kanab), Bryce Canyon, Peekaboo Canyon (ATV tour with ROAM ... recommend!), Buckskin Gulch via Wire Pass, Coral Sand Dune State Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Pipe Springs Monument, Cedar Breaks Monument, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Page, Horseshoe Bend, Bunting Trail, plus all the local restaurants, the dog groomer at Kanab Dog Wash, the public library (hooray for visitor library cards!), the huge playground and skate park. Spend as long as you can here. You won't regret it!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfortable! We (and our dog) loved the backyard. Also, house is walking distance to the main street and we enjoyed walking around in the afternoon/evening. Great location for all of the outdoor activities we had been looking forward to in southern UT and northern AZ. Recommend Jakey Leigh’s (coffee/bagel/scone) and Rocking V. Wish we could have tried Houston Trails End but they were closed for the season. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful and relaxing place to retreat to after a full day of hiking and exploring beautiful Utah. Sunsets were gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again. Tana was super helpful whenever we had questions.

We loved our stay at this charming desert casita, complete with panoramic views of the red cliffs and horizon, plenty of privacy and a fenced yard for our adventure cat. It's conveniently located with loads of activities in the area. Highly recommended for a solo or couple's trip.

I am not a big fan of Cowboy/Ranch style decor, but this themed house came of well as cute and homey! Loved the pet friendly inclusions! The neighborhood it is in seems a little run-down, but you can't beat this home's proximity to Southern Utahs Parks and trails!

Host was accommodating

My visit at Nancy and Shelly's Margarite was very nice. Me and my Chihuahua were here for four nites and very much enjoyed out neighborhood walks. The restaurant's were great. I arrived in a snowstorm, and there was Shelly shoveling the driveway. Very friendly accommodating. I will stay here again!

Beautiful setting. Lots of helpful instructions from the host. The resort was bigger then I expected, so not the quietest area. But there’s plenty to do on site as well as great access to Zion and Bryce Canyon isn’t too far either.

April gave lots of local tips that helped us avoid Zion people traffic. The pioneer wagon was a nostalgic fun and memorable thing to do with kids, it sure makes you appreciate insulated walls in the winter! If you go in Winter for glamping - it’s pretty cold! I’d recommend bringing extra blankets, double up on warm clothes! Also bring 4WD vehicle and waterproof hiking boots for the trails are really muddy.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! For the last few years we have started traveling for Christmas specifically to experience a white Christmas since we don’t get snow in Vegas and we FINALLY got it. We woke up to a beautiful blanket of snow on Christmas morning! The property was clean and Tammy was very kind and responsive from the moment we booked. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could think of to cook your favorite meals. I recommend downloading google maps if you have an IPhone because Apple Maps does not have the areas roads updated. On Apple Maps the house showed as a 5 hour drive from Vegas, google maps was only a 3 hour drive. The showers would randomly turn ice cold and then hot again but overall we would love to do Christmas here again or even a summer vacation.

We were able to experience two of Ginger's homes and enjoyed both of them. This one has a large yard with a hot tub. I was able to watch the sunset behind the mountain right from the hot tub. Plenty of linens, a well stocked kitchen and local recommendations. We loved our stay and will stay here again if we return.

This is a great way to introduce our kids to camping/hiking trips. They love the bunk beds. We rented the wagon for our family of four, so we had more beds than needed. We ended up using two of the beds as our luggage space. Bathrooms were a bit far to walk to in the middle of the night. It was great in the day time as bathrooms and showers were always clean whenever me needed to use them. Breakfast was not the best. It was just bagels, pancakes, some pastries, fruits, black coffee and juices. Eggs, bacons or any protein will be extra charges. Our kids enjoyed the basketball court, and mini-goft (extra charge). We wanted to do ATV sunset tour, but we didn’t think of booking it ahead of time. We ended at the Canyon Overlook trail inside Zion for sunset. It is so awesome how the ranch is only 5 miles away from Zion East entrance. We were able to hike in the morning, came back to do some activities at the ranch, and went back to Zion for sunset. April is an experience host 👍🏼👍🏼

Great place, cozy and inviting. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of toys and books for the kids. Clean . Chris was understanding and helpful with any concerns we had. Made for a great Thanksgiving family gathering/getaway.
