Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Kandal Province

We had a valentine's staycation with the family and it was absolutely perfect - felt like a real holiday away from the rest of Phnom Penh. The views from the condo are spectacular and the whole development is brilliantly designed to make the most of the riverside setting. Big open grass area for the kids to run around and swimming pools. Condo is really nicely done with everything you need and we particularly liked the artwork on the walls. Great hosts, really friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend it and hope to get back soon!

Highly recommend first time visitors to reserve this Airbnb. Great location walking distance to the nightlife & it’s a guest friendly place.

We loved our stay. Everything was great.

Everything went well, the only point that can be a little annoying (if you work for example) is the internet is not very stable, due to wifi (probably to the architecture of the building and the position of the box.) In our case we were prepared and had an Ethernet cable long and flat enough to solve the problem, but this solution cannot be implemented by everyone. Apart from that we recommend this accommodation, and will come back with pleasure

calm location, very very good view. big comfortable bed. very welcoming easy to find. restaurants just 5min away as 7eleven. washing machine is a big plus!! the apartment is huge and has tv channels as well. Sophat is so easy to contact and he does everything as quick as possible to get you a good stay. perfect if you are 2-4 people. cause the price is very very good find.

The room was very modern and accurate. It was initially hard to find in the evening but the staff there helped us check in. Upstairs bathroom could use a bit more privacy. Overall, worth the price and it's close to Capitol bus station

A beautiful and clean home and conveniently close to the airport! Leakhana was lovely and the communication was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed longer.

My stay at Thong's place was very good. His communication was excellent, his family and him were very friendly, the room was spacious, clean and very well stocked (it even had toothpaste, soap, cooking oil, full kitchen utensils etc and when I asked for a fan for the bathroom he courteously brought one for me), the location was very good, on this street are a lot of trees so even during the day the room was not hot. Super easy check-in and check-out, comfortable bed, I can't ask for anything more, I would stay again. Very happy with my stay here. Thanks Thong!

Vanny and his family are wonderful, warm, kind people. Their facility isn’t for everyone - the stairwell to the first and top floors are steep and many of the showers lack hot water, but the entire building is kept spotlessly clean. Being a hostel, most guests are younger people traveling with backpacks. It’s certainly an opportunity to meet people from around the world and with the friendly, warm environment created by Vanny and his family, it’s a pleasant experience to stay there. I was there for a month. I’m an older person in my late 60’s and I choose Vanny’s place so I could have the opportunity to meet people. I did a lot of work while I stayed there and found that the wifi and electricity were more than adequate. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Many good restaurants in the area. A wide variety of types and ethnicity . Big fresh market close by and less than 1 km to Russian Market

The apartment is fully furnished, except a washer, and has all the equipment needed. Getting there is easy and late check-in easy as well. The building is modern. The bed is very comfortable and the aircons work perfectly fine, nice and spacious bathroom. Supermarkets and coffee shops just next door, as well as a very decent modern gym. The location is pretty quiet. Although, families living on the same floor can be pretty noisy, especially in the morning.

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

Great location! Max value is in a walking distance. It's easy to travel by Tuktuk. The security guard and the management officers are really nice. If you need something, you can always contact the host :)
