We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool. There was ample parking space for three cars, which was very convenient. The location is great, with Rovinj just a short drive away. The host was very responsive and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

What an incredible experience. Book this house now. Mirjana and her daughter were absolutely incredible…bringing us meats and cheeses, homemade bread and crepes, and loads of great local recommendations for wine tasting, sightseeing, etc. The pictures don’t even do this house justice..it’s absolutely stunning. And Mirjanas restaurants a few houses away is also great…incredible food and great experience. This whole area isn’t super touristy and is absolutely beautiful. Take a night off your Split and Dubrovnik legs and spend it here!

Vila San Silvestro is absolutely amazing! We had a great time and we’ll definitely come back soon! The pool faces the beautiful, vast view of Istrian countryside. It so peaceful. You can sit in the pool and admire the view for hours. House was clean and spacious. This place is a hidden gem!

We spent five two weeks at the house. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well furnished. You felt right at home. The possibility to bathe in the pool at any time is perfect. This is not huge, but you can swim there comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped so extra cutting boards or knives are superfluous. For a stay of two weeks, all beds were made once again. Otherwise, several very good restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity on foot. In the village itself there is a small bakery, as well as a greengrocer. The next larger supermarkets are then all in Umag themselves (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Conclusion: Very nice stay!

We had a lovely stay. The hot tub was great, so was the location and the view. Super close to Motovun, in the village a very nice restaurant with delicious wine and food. We had asked for toilet paper, first it said we had to get it ourselves, but then got some. The bed was nothing for my back, very soft. But that's a matter of taste. All in all, we are very satisfied and had a lovely holiday.

We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

Highly recommended apartment! Perfect for two people, very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, exactly as described in the listing. The environment is quiet, very close to wonderful beaches and with a nice promenade in a short time you can reach the center of Rovinj. Filip was a super helpful host, friendly and attentive to any of our needs. We hope to be back soon!

We stayed in Milena's house for a week now and felt comfortable there. The apartment was actually bigger than we expected. Despite the heat, it was also well tolerated in the house without the available air conditioning. Previously, Milena wrote how it works with the key handover, everything worked out just fine. Milena's son greeted us very nicely. The house was handed over to us clean. With the kitchen inventory, you could replace a few small things. You have everything you'll need. Oven,coffee maker,kettle,microwave…. Price/performance top! The beach is Max.5 minutes away. There are snacks and snack bars. In one of the bars, there was often live music in the evening.
