Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kansas

Location is wonderful, all the accommodations to make our stay more comfortable.

Loved staying here! Just like the advertisement says, you can hear some movement upstairs. For us, it was no big deal and the noise was similar to living in an apartment with no late-night or early-morning noise. The appliances were modern, the space was plentiful, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable! We definitely plan to stay here again when we head back that way.

Perfect place for a night stay on our way through the state on a long trip. The house was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend as an alternative to a hotel!

This was a great experience for me and my family. It was the perfect house for relatives meeting up who hadn’t seen one another in a long time. The host has thought through how people are going to use the location. The furniture is simple and comfortable. The technology (TVs, WiFi, coffee maker, check-in pad) is all easy to understand. There were dog beds, there was everything we needed to BBQ some chicken, bathrooms were stocked with soap and towels. We used the games that were provided, used firewood that was provided, used the local recommendations that were provided. Rarely have I seen an Air BnB that is so well-thought out for HOW folks might use it! The yard is nicer and more spacious than it appears in the pics. There was even a swing for the little kids. The privacy fence has been well maintained. This was a case where we chose to come to Salina BECAUSE of the accommodations. We needed a halfway point to meet and this house drew us in. Host even had holiday decorations!

Nice place to plan your kansas fishing or hunting trip. Very clean, roomy and Angie is a fantastic host.

A lot of little touches that makes it convenient. The hosts have thought things out carefully. Plenty of beds which is what we needed and we played a lot of ping pong. Spotless and very nice linens. Right on 151st so a lot of things very conveniently located

Young was very friendly and responsive. The rental is in a great location for anything K-State related. Young has made sure that a wide variety of amenities are available for guests and has done a fantastic job utilizing the space to accommodate such. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Julie's basement apartment has daylight windows and is impeccable. it is nice to stay in a place that is clean and comfortable.

Loved the Historic Buffalo Haus. Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. Would gladly re-book the next time I am in Hays.

Excellent stay for our family on short notice. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Had everything we needed.

Terry’s place was an excellent stay. If my work didn’t have me in Olathe for only a week I would’ve enjoyed staying for much longer. His place is comfortable and welcoming. All the amenities you’d ever need and want. Terry communicated everything quick and clear with everything. Checkin was super easy. I drove so parking is easy with your own spot. Worked remote for part of the trip and internet was solid. When back in Olathe I’ll always check his place first.

My stay with Evolve in Overland Park was great. The property is in a great location with many food choices to choose from. Additionally, the property definitely meets the description. I felt very comfortable in and around the property. I recommend staying here for sure and I'll be back soon!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
