Absolutely loved the place! The unit was very cozy, clean, and just makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. There were also a lot of space and it doesn’t feel crowded at all. The interior was super nice as well and it’s exactly what you see in the photos. It has a luxurious feel to it. Sir Richard also gave clear instructions and was also very responsive. Will definitely book again! 🫶🏼

Love the place, the ambiance it gives is so peaceful. The place is so furnished and complete with what you may need. It is also great for group of people since it saves time to prepare because of two bathrooms. Recommended for a relaxing stay since it comes with a massage chair. Also, it is comfy to move around since the space is enough to accommodate 8 pax. The host is accommodating too with our inquiries and request. Recommendable place to stay. Thank you.

We previously lived in Antipolo and we wanted a place nearby Cainta. So its very handy for us to stay in Vince Place. Location wise its nearby most places by grab. I also like the pool although we weren’t able to try swimming on it. Vince is also very responsive to questions and queries. Nice Host and helpful in most times.

We stayed 5 nights at Sir Jhay's place and couldn't have asked for a better place in Pasay city. It's located in the heart of Newport Boulevard but was still amazingly peaceful and quiet. Sir Jhay and Maam Ruby are the best hosts anyone can ask for, they even accomodated my requests for blackout curtains and an extra blanket. The unit had everything we needed for two people. Thank you so much and we hope to stay in any of your listings again soon!

The place was perfect and conveniently close to the event I attended. The view of the pool was spectacular. The unit itself was equipped with everything you could need. The living area had a huge TV and games to keep you entertained. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. The bedroom had comfortable pillows and blankets, and the bathrooms had super clean towels and even toothbrushes and toothpaste available. We also brought our pets, and they enjoyed the place too! The most convenient aspect was the self check-in and self check-out process. The instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly from arrival to departure.

Definitely the best view for NYE! Fireworks display across BGC, Mandaluyong, and Makati!!! Rate for a normal overnight stay was a bit expensive at first but when you see the view of the fireworks this place has to offer, DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE! Definitely justified once you get to watch the fireworks left and right! Also a bonus that the hosts were very responsive and easy to transact with! Thank you again for being such lovely hosts!!

Functionality - Everything was in perfect working order, enhancing my comfort. Luxury Feel - It felt like staying in a luxury hotel, with all the amenities I could ask for. Great Host, this is my second time in his condo unit and will be back again when I visit.

The place is cozy and conveniently located near Rockwell, making it a great choice for those who want easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The environment is friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and kind, even agreeing to a sudden reschedule of my booking date, which I really appreciated. There were, however, a few minor issues: small cockroaches in the kitchen and the fridge takes some time to cool. Despite these, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend this place to my friends for its location, charm, and the host’s hospitality.

The place is great and accessible to various restaurants and malls. Host is responsive, too!

Stayed here for my boards and had a good stay

The cleanest apartment we had in the Philippines! Great kitchen, comfy bed, cool pool on the rooftop and nice gym. Access card was really easy to get. Supermarket, convenience store and Starbucks around the corner. The only thing we would like to say is that the big street is really loud and the windows let a lot of noise through, also during the night, which was sad, because we would have needed some quiet. Otherwise from that it felt like home away from home!
