House holiday rentals in Kappeln

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Superb housing in a very convenient location, with an incredible view of the mountains. The house was spotless, perfectly prepared when we arrived, and very well maintained. Everything was in line with the description. Communication with Julian was very smooth and efficient; everybody was very helpful. We can only recommend it.

A super chalet with mega views, a mega beautiful view of the mountains with a really pure and great air. For people who want to enjoy the full peace and quiet, the best option. Fully equipped of the kitchen everything you need to feel mega comfortable. The communication was really great with help or problems were helped immediately. We spent the Christmas season with our daughters (6 and 7 years) in this beautiful house. The house was sparkling clean, beautiful and decorated in a Christmas mood. The sauna and hot tub were just horny and we could relax. Very recommended. Thank you so much Christof.

A great option to stay with a big family with a car. There is a parking space on the territory, relatively close to Linz. The place of residence itself is a detached house with 4 rooms, 2 floors. There is everything necessary for life. The host Maria is very friendly and ready to help in case of need.

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Kerstin's house is located in a beautiful valley close to Saalach and is surrounded by the most beautiful mountains. It's a 5-minute walk to the river. In particular, children can play excellently there and, for example, build dams from stones, let stones jump over the water, and build stone towers. (stone-balancing) In the vicinity are the best ski resorts in the world. Fieberbrunn with connection to the ski circus Saalbach Hinterglemm - Leogang is about 35 minutes away. Zell am See is also easily accessible. The Almenwelt Lofer family ski resort is only 4 minutes away by car. The house is perfectly equipped and very comfortable. The beautiful tiled stove ensures a cozy warmth. Overall, nothing is missing. The house is self-contained and has a large, well-kept garden with several seating options. We were also allowed to use the garage. Kerstin is extremely friendly and always available. Clear 10 out of 10! We'll be happy to come back anytime!

This place is bigger and nicer than the pictures.Parking was so comfortable, and the house was quiet, so you can relax comfortably.This was an accommodation that the whole family was satisfied with.Beyond highly recommend this accommodation.

We felt very comfortable with Andrea and Gottfried. The house has everything you need, the location was perfect for us to drive from there to several ski resorts. The communication was straightforward, you received a quick response and even one or the other special request was not an issue. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend it.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We had a lovely stay at Gerald’s with a comfortable bed and everything we needed for the week. I appreciated the easy check-in lockbox since we arrived on Christmas Eve afternoon and could instantly settle in to the cozy atmosphere the home provides. The kitchen was large with everything you can think of or might need. We loved the location and large windows giving a view of the hills and reindeer next door. The house is close to Gmunden but peacefully away from it all. Absolutely would recommend.

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable! A super great house where there is a lot to discover Those who are musically gifted will find joy at the piano the drums and the singing bowl. The hot tub was very large and really nice and warm (we visited in December) All in all, we enjoyed it very much and we felt right at home We'd love to come back ☺️

They were wonderful, cozy days at the Neidlingerberg. We thank you for a cozy home, a bit like grandma's back then - really great! Especially the tiled stove in the cozy room made the difference. We had a wonderful host in a quiet, beautiful setting. Thank you very much Hans!

We were greeted by Hana and a lovely garden. Unfortunately, it was raining and cold, but before I returned to the room, they lit the fireplace. And also I liked the view from the window. The bus centre and the old city are also within walking distance. Hana recommended good cafes and restaurants. Thank you, Hana and Peter.

A cozy holiday home with a nice lawn in front of the door, a trampoline for the little ones, about half an hour away from Salzburg, and very recommendable.
