Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Karagita

We had such a lovely time staying at Agnes’s property. The location is beautiful with great views of the lake. It’s nice and quiet and secluded and the perfect place for a getaway not too far from the city All in all a great experience and will definitely visit again

An absolute dream spot on 200 acres of exclusive parkland next to the lake with giraffe and zebra’s walking through your garden. The cottage is utterly charming. Old school rustic but made beautifully comfortable by a doting team. The home made food delivered to the cottage was some of the best we have eaten in Kenya. A truly hidden gem. Can’t rate this place highly enough.

We loved our stay at Wongani's beautiful stone cottage in the midst of a wilderness reserve. The home is off the beaten path, and we were stunned by the beauty and closeness of nature - driving by zebras, giraffes, warthogs, and other creatures on the way up the mountain, plus the stunning views from the home overlooking Lake Naivasha. It was better than we could have expected. The home is perfect for a family, or for a group, with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, a large kitchen and food prep area, and comfortable places to hang out in the home and outside on the patio or yard. It is so thoughtfully designed and decorated too - it felt homey and welcoming. It was truly a special experience spending a weekend there, and we hope to come back soon!

What we loved most was that the location was so convenient. The place was neat, tidy and spacious. Better than we expected.! 😃 Ann the host and Jane the house keeper maintained good communication. We had a great time!

Very sweet place. staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, food is very good, the chef really knows about his craft. (and also, ask Vanessa about Mother's Kitchen, amazing restaurant in town) when going there: the name at the entrance sais "Guest house Jane" - super easy to find if knowing this ;-) thanks Vanessa, really enjoyed my stay. Definitely a recommendation for staying in Naivasha.

Quite a unique place. The quirky decor really accentuates the entire experience. The staff was also very friendly and made sure my friend and I got everything we needed. Great place!

Quiet, serene. Felix was a great host and cooked up some delicious meals during our stay. Highly recommended for peaceful stays.

Great view overlooking Lake Naivasha

The Elwai visitor centre is a beautiful secluded area. It is not far from the town centre, however, we spent most on travelling around as it is very secluded with not much to do at the place itself. Prisca and family were most helpful with recommendations and advising activities. The 6 dogs were our personal favourite feature of this place😆 It’s also good to note, Ubers do not travel to the centre itself and so the only way of getting to and from places is a member of staff who do unfortunately charge a lot more than a regular taxi/uber would. So bear this in mind when booking if you know you have multiple day trips. Overall, this place is a hidden gem, it has beautiful views, lovely people running it who are very friendly and helpful. If we find ourselves in Naivasha again, we would definitely visit again:) Thank you Prisca and Samual for our brilliant stay.
