Holiday rentals in Karandeniya

Absolutely faultless experience. The beautiful house and excellent team of staff exceeded all of our expectations. We were incredibly comfortable in the spacious and beautifully designed and furnished house and gardens. The house managed to combine all of the above whilst allowing us to feel completely ‘at home’. Sunil, the on-site villa manager, was always able to help and guide us with all our needs for transport and excursions etc. Sunil is also a wonderful chef. He cooks with skill but also with love. We felt very well looked after. He and his team kept the villa spotless and were kind and friendly throughout. We hugely appreciated the effort they made to help us celebrate our daughters birthday whilst we were there. Would 100% recommend.

. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with blue waters stretching as far as the eye could see. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and watching the sunset from my private balcony made the stay extra special. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large windows allowed for plenty of natural light. Every detail, from the quality toiletries to the cozy seating area, was thoughtfully designed to enhance comfort. The staff was attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay.

Dilhan and his family welcomed us warmly from the start. We were well looked after and had people to contact around the clock. The apartment is clean and as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, the apartment is opposite a very noisy street, but after the first few days this didn't bother us anymore and we were able to sleep well at night in the comfortable beds with earplugs. The apartment also has no hot water, but that didn't bother us at all in 30 degree heat. There is a bus stop right outside the front door from which you can get directly to Ahangama and Mirissa for little money. There is no air conditioning, but there is a powerful fan in every room. We highly recommend the accommodation and really felt very comfortable during our two weeks of stay :)

Very beautiful and cozy accommodation. Peaceful place as it was a quiet environment. Large and clean private pool perfect for days you don't want to go to the beach. Shehan was very nice and helpful and responded quickly if you had any questions. Would really recommend and I would no doubt be able to stay here again.

We were blown away by the beauty and serenity of Villa Ovita in Talpe, Sri Lanka. This stunning villa was literally a paradise on earth, surrounded by lush greenery and an incredible array of animals. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in a nature lover's haven. But what truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality of our host, Damith. He was incredibly welcoming and kind, and it's clear that he's poured his heart and soul into creating this beautiful oasis. His hard work has paid off, and we felt so grateful to have been able to experience it. We spent our last few days in Sri Lanka at Villa Ovita, and it was the perfect way to unwind and relax. Thank you, Damith, for your exceptional hospitality and for sharing your little slice of paradise with us. We can't recommend Villa Ovita highly enough!

Asela and Constancia are very good hosts. The villa was super nice, very private and kitchen with a lot of utencils and amenities. The garden was very nice and we heard all the time a lot of birds singing. We rentedr a scooter to go around and to the Beach and restaurants in Hikkaduwa. Their restaurant btw is the best in town! Swimmingpool was nice too.

We have thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Navis villa. The facility was kid friendly and have play areas. Nicely maintained exterior and host was superb. They were very flexible with our requests and helped us feel home at Navis villa. Also, we received a very nice gift at the end to remember our stay. We will not hesitate to book again if required.

We have loved our stay here! The view was beautiful, and the area is very peaceful. We enjoyed some amazing sunrises—partly because there were no curtains! We were planning to wake up early anyway, but if you’d like to sleep in, keep this in mind (maybe bring an eye mask with you). The hosts were responsive and very helpful. Would definitely consider to come here again :)
