Tomaš was very helpful, the house old, the passage through the house was scary, but the apartment was well equipped and clean. Don't expect luxury, but a value for money to a place to stay and a great location.

We had a lovely long weekend at the place. Everything was available at the house and sufficient for us. We were 9 adults and 5 children. Communication with Lukas was quick and good. The great environment is ideal for hiking.

The ski resorts are quite quick to reach by car (approx. 15 min). In the village itself, however, there is not much going on and you cannot do much. The apartment is well equipped and corresponds to the pictures. Ideal place to stay for a week (ski) vacation with friends.

A truly remote but magical place, revived and run by a very hospitable family. The owner cook together with their guests about once in a week, and I was lucky enough to be invited. Definitely well booked (regional school holidays), but the atmosphere was relaxed.

A great place at a great location near the ski area. The apartment is comfortably furnished and was properly equipped for 4 adults and a child. The host is very nice, always ready to help and if possible will meet you in person. We once had a problem with a fuse late in the evening, but he reacted immediately and could fix it within half an hour. Thank you very much for the nice stay.

A super quiet place for 6 people with sauna and great location on the mountain. We traveled as a family with two small children 5 and 4 years. Everything felt comfortable, the fireplace contributed to it and we could spread over 3 floors. We went to Jachymov for skiing and had a great location with the house, which is only 15 minutes away from the piste. We will be happy to come back. We had a great holiday in the apartment. It is very clean and well maintained. The landlords and co. were very nice. Check-in and check-out smooth and fast! The location is quite nice. However, shopping is not within walking distance.

Excellent for the vacation away from the buzz of the big city. Ski resorts are very close. Cities for excursions can be reached within minutes by car. Had a relaxing turn of the year. Depending on the number of people, care should be taken to use hot water sparingly for showering. After two people with a slightly more extensive consumption, there was only cold water for a few hours. For cooking there is the most necessary. Dish soap, garbage bags, kitchen paper, kitchen towels, wash up cloths and toilet paper should be brought over holidays on stays. Otherwise, shopping is reached by car and are also in town. Heating is on the grid. However, there were no problems at all. TV provides HDMI connections for evening fun with streaming services. Check-in was possible time-independent via key box. Overall highly recommended.

The place is perfect for an active vacation. From there, it is just a few minutes to Keilberg or the German side of the Erzgebirge. It was nice and quiet in the area, but we would definitely recommend a car!

Wonderfully functional apartment. Well suited for 6 people. Dishwashing tabs, dishwashing detergent, towels, bed linens, Nespresso capsules are provided by the provider "BergINVEST". The whole apartment has underfloor heating, which is helpful for drying the ski stuff. There is a free parking space in the yard. In the village, there is a shop with fresh rolls. The gas station with electric charging is 150 meters away.

Communication with Boris was really good, he proactively advised what can be found in the neighbourhood and helped us with a really late check-in. The apartment was spacious, in the kitchen was everything what was needed. The only thing it was a bit cold as kitchen and inner corridor were not heated, but once all doors to the rooms were closed it was fine. Internet functioned perfectly. Really recommend it to bigger groups. During the witner there is a lot to do around. Apart from that you can play outside table footbal and darts. We had a really nice stay here.
