Decent place to Stay if you're going to Manyata Tech Park. Very good amenities and Great food from the Kitchen. Much Appreciated for the Staff. :)

It was a nice and comfortable stay. The property is very clean and well maintained and the bathroom is also very hygienic. The staff is very responsive and helpful.

Amazing stay, worth the money

everything 5 star... no doubt about it.. But 2500 for just one single room is a bit difficult to digest.

Absolutely loved my stay at Utse! The hosts and staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and welcoming. I stayed alone for over 10 days and they made sure I was taken care of at every given moment. Wishing Sujit, Dechen and the rest of the staff all the very best always. Definitely recommended!

Great stay experience

This is really nice place very close to the airport and was a perfect overnight stay during our road trip. The staff is very efficient and the room has a really good bed and a very functional shower. Only low point was some lack of cleanliness in one of the two rooms that we had booked. However, the other room was pretty clean so it was probably an exception. I would definitely recommend this place!

It was a room in a hotel, not a typical airbnb. There’s a nice rooftop bar with good music.

The host was very responsive and accepted the booking despite being a lady minute booking. It's a little hard to find but it's a good space. Rooms are tiny. Make sure you book for two if you are arriving with friend. I had to pay extra on arrival because I assumed we're booking the full room but that wasn't the case. Good experience otherwise

This little oasis is very peaceful. It’s designed for a traveler that likes independence and a bit more than the basics. Hot steamy shower with strong water pressure, fluffy towels and private charming balconies. There’s a tuk tuk just a walk away and the security guards are friendly and helpful
