Absolutely awesome stay and the photos do not do it justice. From the moment you park the car. We had the two bedroom villa, great outdoor space and true infinity pool. Genuinely cannot fault the place. The staff, Faye and Den from the Philippines are just lovely people. Extremely helpful from breakfast to local spot for laundry. I travel to Phuket 3 to 4 times per year, but assuming it is available, I suspect this is where I will be staying. Fantastic selection of restaurants in the Bang Tao area.. The only thing to note, the villa is up on the hill which affords such awesome views, I drove up and down, zero issues. Can be walked, but suspect not for the faint hearted. Catlin is a great host, super responsive and nothing is a problem.

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

Stayed here for 2 weeks, and had the most amazing time. The villa is fully equipped with everything you would need, the hosts are very responsive, the swimming pool is temperature controlled, regular housekeeping and pool cleaning. 10/10 for all metrics from arrival to departure. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful poolside villa set in gardens just off the busy Surin main road. Villa manager is very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a large group / family wanting a base from which to discover Phuket.

Look no further. This villa was perfect for our 8 day stay in Phuket. It allowed everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. The property is SPOTLESS. The villa staff take excellent care of the property down to a debris free pool. Amy was so helpful with answering my many questions and assisting with recommendations. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here, & if I were to return, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Thailand! The place exceeded our expectations — the villa was beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the services were just right. The breakfast also lived up to our expectations, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are very spacious, and we found it interesting that three of them are connected, which could be a downside for those seeking more privacy, but for us it wasn’t a problem at all. The only real challenge was the location — the villa is situated on a hill, which makes it quite difficult to access. Some taxis even refused to drive all the way up. Additionally, it was a bit far from the main attractions we wanted to visit, so we spent quite some time on the road. Aside from that, everything was perfect and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Omg!!! I wish I would have stayed longer. The pictures look exactly how the home looks. The home was super clean and spotless. It is located in a quite area off the main road and easily assessable to restaurants and markets. Julian was awesome!! I enjoyed his energetic smile and great communication. He always responded quickly and was able to answer any questions that I had. He gave a detailed tour of the home and explained the amenities of the home thoroughly. I am already planning my return later this year! This is a true gem and hidden oasis:)

Words cannot describe how wonderful my stay was at Chalong palm residence. Peachy was very very helpful; I had so many requests as I was there to celebrate my birthday and everything turned out great. The residence was always clean; delicious meals and amazing Chef. A very big Thank you to all the staff at Chalong Palm Residence and I hope to visit again.

This is a beautiful place for hosting extended families and friends. The rooms are large and felt private enough to have your own space whilst the shared areas were perfect for enjoying time together, around the pool, dinner table or just relaxing in the lounge. Khun Jit is an exceptional housekeeper- nothing was too much trouble, we felt so well looked after we didn’t want to leave. Huge thanks also to Keith for his proactive recommendations and promptly answering any question we sent his way

The house met all our requirements. Quick responses by David and his team in case of questions or problems. Measures quickly. Calm and nice around the house. Can highly recommend this home.

This is our second time staying at Jon's place, which I think speaks for itself. Both he and his wife are really friendly and very helpful, the place itself is outstanding. Comes with my highest recommendations.

We had a great stay! It looks exactly like the pictures. Super clean! The main street is within walking distance and really has a lot to offer. If you don't feel like walking away in the evening, you can make yourself comfortable by the private pool. Communication went smoothly. I'm sure we'll be back. THANKS🙏🏽:))

This villa is absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Peter was an amazing host during our entire stay. Very responsive and very proactive to our wants and needs. Chef Lee was absolutely fantastic. Her food was delicious and she was very attentive to our wants and needs as well. The cleaning ladies are amazing as well very sweet and helpful. Kept the place spic and span. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful villa with a lot of space. Own pool was great! Apartment is located in a good area, in a walkable distance to the beach. Overall great!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The pool is great for hanging with your friends and each bedroom opens directly to it. It really is the “courtyard” of the villa and I loved it! Benoit was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay and really made the stay that much better with helpful suggestions and checking in occasionally. Perfect all around and I will definitely stay here again in the future!
