I had a great stay - a truly beautiful space. Calming and relaxing. The dogs also loved it… lots of space to run around and wrestle outside. Laurie was also super responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay was comfortable and relaxing! I love this house it’s so unique and fun. My son and I loved it. We found it feels sort of like a fort which we loved. The host is so relaxed and go with the flow it was so refreshing!!! Definitely give her a 5 outta 5 I will certainly stay here again and I recommend this place to anyone else who is looking for a airbnb in Bancroft area! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

I can't thank Tracey enough when it came to booking her beautiful home. I made this booking last minute for family travelling last minute from the UK. Tracey answered all of my questions promptly and was more than accommodating. The family absolutely loved the house and some are planning to try and book in the future.

The stay at the dragonfly was amazing. Sherry has a wonderful home and we enjoyed our stay. She is super friendly and welcoming. She welcomed us with a smile and made us feel right at home. She also took out the time to show us her rabbits and chickens and had a chance to play with her dogs! Also, she bakes bread that’s so delicious and we also had farm fresh eggs! Lovely hospitality! Great overnight stay and a lovely home for a wonderful time away from the hustle bustle of the city!

We loved the quiet, peaceful surroundings, the spaciousness of the cottage, and the beautiful views from every window. We love music and spent a couple of evenings just sipping wine and listening to music through the sound system routed through the ceilings. The kitchen was beyond well equipped! Further, Donna delivered extra pellets for the stove before we had to ask, and Erik generously mitigated the problem with the hot tub. Truly special hosts who care about their guests and their comfort.

Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious. We will be back to Napanee often to visit our new friend Heather. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable. Happy thrifting. Linda and Paul and Maizie.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

The girls had a wonderful stay at the North Sky Retreat. Julie was very helpful and her house was just perfect for four people to stay, each with their own bedroom. The house was exceptionally well stocked with supplies, linen, towels and those extras you may need. Julie accommodated the dog that accompanied on this trip as well. The fresh eggs were a bonus and the free range chickens were fun to watch. The grounds were lovely and the walking path was a perfect was to take in the nature around the house. Hopefully this stay will become a tradition! Thank you!

We booked Martin's cottage for rest/relaxation during the holiday season with our growing extended family. Tats place was great, well maintained. There could be additional seating in the lounge to accommodate more people. There was a small issue with water but Tat was quick to respond and resolve. Overall our stay was comfortable and would recommend

This home was exactly what we needed for our family reunion. It was large enough to provide everyone space to relax in comfort yet intimate enough to spend quality time together. We had a great stay at this cottage over the long weekend. The location is safe and quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature. The cottage is spacious, with a large common area perfect for relaxing. The house was clean and well-kept, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a peaceful getaway.

Davids place was beautiful and made for an enjoyable stay for our group visit. He was responsive and provided all additional details both in our chats as well as leaving a small booklet in the cottage itself highlighting places of interest nearby. The firepit and the gazebo are the most impressive parts of the property. Wifi coverage inside the cottage was fantastic and was very useful for any further research since the cellular network coverage is spotty at best. Bon Echo is just about a 20 minute drive away and there are more places within a 1 hour radius though we chose to mostly have a leisurely time on the property itself. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, private fun time in the middle of nature.

Exactly what we were looking for! Pictures couldn’t do this place justice, such beautiful surroundings and the house was beautiful. House is just as described and it even had two electric stoves that were super useful for preparing meals since it was too cold for the BBQ. Jess was super responsive and accommodating as well! We saw lots of deers and heard a wolves pack!! Couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re looking for a place to unwind and disconnect, cant wait to be back. thank you for allowing us to stay :)

Greg’s place is a perfect cottage: homey enough to feel comfortable yet special enough to feel like a treat. The view out the huge window is a lovely mix of sloped pathway/stairs, trees, lake, island in lake and more lake in the distance. The main room has the most comfortable couch and the 500 movies include something for everyone. We especially loved the wood-fired sauna down by the lake. I hope to stay here again!

Melissa sent a series of welcoming messages with step by step instructions. The cabin was a cozy little treehouse with a wood stove that had already started by Melissa to warn up the little place before we checked in. Everything was clean and clear and ready to go. It was obviously Melissa had prepped it as if we were guests or family and did not at all feel like customers. The space was amazing and peaceful and we'll definitely go back. FYI although the cabin has only a wide stove, it keeps you warm. We stayed during a -20C night and got through it just fine. Melissa checked on us multiple times with plenty of firewood to make sure we stay cozy!

Stayed here for the weekend and it was perfect. George was a great host, would definitely recommend.

Beautiful spot for a quiet family getaway with our geriatric mastiff. They had everything we needed for wet March weather with a 145lb dog. We look forward to going back in the summer as it looks perfect for lakeside fun as well!

Alison's cottage was one of the most peaceful places we have been to. We spent a weekend there with a couple of friends and since our arrival everything was impeccable! Alison's responsiveness, care, and attention were the best - she was welcoming, flexible and extremely attentive to details. Everything in the cottage was just perfect for a wonderful stay.
