Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kathikas

We had a comfortable stay in Desi's house. It is spacious and cozy and was a good fit for our family. Desi was responsive and offered great tips when I bugged her with my questions ; ) I'm also thankful for her flexiblity with the checkout time. We definitely recommend others to be her guests!

Beautiful place, we had a lovely experience staying there. The house was as described, even more attention to detail than we anticipated and a huge, beautiful garden! Would recommend it to everyone!

I don’t have a few words to say, I have hours to say this is one of the best places to stay. If you want traditional, this is the place to go. It’s like going back to Nans house. It’s is a frozen in time family home, with family photos and family history still around for you to enjoy. It only takes 1/2 a day before you feel at home. Hundreds of blankets to snuggle up in, especially on the cooler winter nights. The garden is fantastic (although the pool a little chilly). You don’t see or hear any neighbours.. the pool guy drops in Tuesdays and Friday, and Natasa’s wonderful mum comes and cleans the garden once a week. She picks the ripe fruit and insists you enjoy it! You will need a car if you stay here, but then you get to go out and adventure. The local letymbou Tavern is amazing and they are lovely. There is more here than at the edge of Paphos, as our friends found out. WiFi brilliant , phone signal brilliant. Previous guests left toiletries and beer in the fridge. Amazing place. X

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless and clearly well-maintained, showing the host’s great attention to detail. The parking spot right next to the house was super convenient, and the entire area was wonderfully quiet. The outdoor space is impressive—perfect for a BBQ with everything you need, and the pool area is amazing. The views are great, and it feels completely private. Savvas, the host, was incredibly thoughtful, super friendly, and provided very clear instructions, making the stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

We visited the place with my family (3 children) in the off-season and we were very satisfied. House right on the beach, view from the bedroom to the waves of the sea, the murmur... We appreciated the spaciousness of the house and the overall layout, the washing machine and sun loungers on the terrace. We were all alone on the beach, the surrounding houses were also empty, so peace and absolute privacy. We also appreciated the nearby bakery and the hospitality of the locals. The communication with Paris was 100%. The only thing we would add to a complete idyllic fireplace would be a working fireplace. At this time of year after sunset, the stone floors also do not heat up, electric heaters were available, but the heat from the fire would be more pleasant. Overall, we highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment with an amazing host. Apartment is very thoughtful and fun. You can find there anything you can possibly need for cooking, spices included or make a shisha in the evening or drink some beer which we found in the fridge. We felt very very welcome.

We really had a great time in laura’s Appartement. It was very spacious and bright, had a big balcony to have breakfast on in the mornings and was in a nice quiet location but still easy to get to the shops , the beach and the town . Laura is a very attentive host who was always available if we needed something . We would definitely come back

I had an amazing pleasure to spend a few days with my friends in this spacious apartment and with a clear conscience I can recommend them! The apartment is large, with three comfortable double rooms, which are well-equipped and very comfortable. Two bathrooms are a big plus, especially with a larger group – which ensures the comfort of your stay. However, the biggest advantage of this place is the terraces. One of them offers a spectacular view of the mountains and the sea, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The second terrace is also quite and allows you to enjoy the surroundings. The patio pool is quiet, very well-maintained, and beautifully integrated into a peaceful environment, which guarantees relaxation in complete comfort. The location is also excellent – peace, quiet and beautiful views are something that makes you want to come back here. The perfect place for a vacation!

The apartment is very spacious and very well furnished with everything you need. The place is very nice and quiet. We enjoyed it very much and Vangelis is a very attentive host.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Yiannos's apartment in Latchi. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel instantly at home. Yiannos was an incredible host – his communication was exceptional, he was always available to answer our questions, and he even went above and beyond to provide us with helpful local tips and recommendations. We truly appreciated his warm welcome and his dedication to ensuring we had a memorable stay. We highly recommend this apartment and Yiannos as a host to anyone visiting Latchi!

So peaceful. We made ourselves at home so easily. Clean and fresh rooms, hot water, working A.Cs in every room, gorgeous inside and outside environment. We thoroughly recommend this place. A getaway haven.

The apartment was very nice! It has everything you need. Our highlight was Marianna’s breakfast. It was always really delicious and made with a lot of love. :) We would recommend this apartment and had a lovely stay.

The apartment is top for 2 persons with fantastic views. Also, it is cuddly warm with the pellets oven. Buy In is the small bathroom without a door. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they like it. The shower itself is great!

A fabulous week’s stay. The pool was perfect as heated for the grandchildren. A short walk to a selection of great bars, restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend.

This is a great villa, it was made with love and care, it's fully equipped and very comfortable. I guess an espresso machine would even make it even better. nevertheless, it's super highly recommended and we had a wonderful stay note: there is a way to connect the euro plug into the Cyprus sockets, you need a pen or something to push the unused hole inside and then it can fit.

The villa was as excellent as in the pictures and Shuli was an amazing host and answered all questions. Fully equipped and comfortable kitchen, ample linens and towels, a real treat. We stayed in early October and it was a bit chilly so there was less activity for children around. The location is quiet and secluded far from a supermarket and cafes (20 minutes). A compulsory car.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was spacious and clean which is always important to us. The whole villa matches the photos and description perfectly so there were no nasty surprises. We only had one slight issue on the first day and it was immediately sorted out which is all you can ask in my opinion. The pool area was large and comfortable too. Some furniture is getting a little worn but it didn’t bother us at all. Overall would recommend for a large group trip. Location wise you can walk to a bakery and some restaurants but if you want to do anything a bit further out you will have to rely on taxis which certainly add up.

An incredible place to stay that has completely exceeded my expectations. There is a huge pool, shaded places under olive trees, an open air bar area (with music), a large cozy terrace with various barbecue facilities; and each place in itself is worth enjoying a glass of wine. But the most impressive is the gigantic view! You can see the surrounding villages, the mountains and the sea. And with every glance, you discover something new. The kitchen and living area are huge, the bedrooms cozy. Our stay was perfect, I would come back anytime.

The villa was pretty much as descibed with a nice outlook at the end of a quiet road. A car is needed if staying here. The accommodation was spacious and clean and had basic amenities in the kitchen. It was, as others have said, more spacious than imagined with 2 separate rooms which could be each be used with a separate toilet / bathroom facility. We were here very early in the season so the area was generally quiet anyway but we had the sense that this villa would be an excellent location for a quieter vacation at any tme of the year.

A nice place near many outdoor activities. That was perfect for our winter holiday. A nice large space for my family to spread out in.
