I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

We had a fantastic stay with Kate & Amrit. The flat is a great place to base to yourself. There are some fantastic amenities and local restaurants on your doorsteps. If you want to go into town it is only a short taxi ride away. We would highly recommend! Thank you Kate & Amrit :)

Umesh’s place is beautiful to stay while exploring Kathmandu. House is beautiful and we must appreciate assistance provided from Purna. However, I have to leave some feedback. I advise Umesh not to keep his family photos everywhere for his own privacy reason and for the comfort of guests as well. In addition, there should be some sort of care on maintenance of taps and door handles. Saying these things, house is beautiful to say😊

It was great living in Sunshine Home and Apartments at fair rate $21 per day. Rabina and her husband are great persons. They were always helpful and cooperative for anything we need. Their location is close to the city for banking and shopping. I enjoyed living there and strongly recommend this place to live. Thank you Rabina and bhai. You guys are so nice. Bijay and family.

It’s a perfect place for a family, peaceful and quite located just few mins away from Boudha stupa. Dawa is very responsive and helpful. He would always answer our call and help us whenever needed. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you

The place is right in the middle of Thamel. So it is very easy to move around. It is a sixth floor without lift. For me this was ok. Very polite and helpful host.

I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was at night, allowing for a great night’s sleep—something that can be hard to find in the bustling Thamel area. Honestly, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations and was better than many hotels I’ve stayed in during my trips to Thamel. Shailendra's guesthouse is a gem! After trekking in the mountains, spending 6 nights at his place felt like coming home. Nestled near Patan Durbar Square, the guesthouse is situated in a quaint, historic area of Kathmandu, where narrow streets devoid of cars wind through charming alleys filled with cozy cafes and eateries. Without hesitation, I recommend this location over Thamel (in my opinion, at least). The space itself exudes charm and comfort, with a homely ambiance. The Wi-fi was reliable, which was important considering I had quite a bit of work to get done. Oh, and the breakfast each morning was amazing! Above all, Shailendra's hospitality sets this guesthouse apart. In my 10+ years as an Airbnb user, he stands out as one of the finest hosts I've encountered. His warmth, assistance, and brief nightly chats added a personal touch, truly transforming the stay into a home.

The apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms and a good kitchen with everything for cooking. Taxi is easy to the city center and scenery spots. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Riya's Airbnb "Aura Home" for more than 2 weeks. Riya , you're an amazing host. Thank you for checking on us regularly. I just can't think of staying anywhere else in KTM from now. Aura home is Clean, spacious and can easily facilitates a large number of family & children. We came for a big family reunion for a wedding. It felt like home. All my guests including my little niece and nephew loved the space. All the amenities described were provided. We loved every moment in Airbnb with such friendly host and staff. I remember telling Riya I had no mirror in my room to get ready and next day she literally got mirror installed in 3 rooms. This is how much she went out of her way to make sure we're comfortable. Also, thank you for the yummy snacks Riya. You're the sweetest host ever. Lastly, I would like to thank the staff "Anu" who was our saviour. Thank you Anu Di you've been a great help and our go to. We already miss you. Just want you to know we really appreciate you ?

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.
