The location is one of the best in the city and very convenient to get anywhere that you need to go and the house is very clean and very pretty. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a great experience, that is trustworthy and reliable.

Great place for short term stays, the host is extremely responsive and helpful. Nice restaurants 3 minutes away, quick rides by taxi to most of the places in the city from the apartment. Kitchen basics to cook some food at home Thanks to the host for their welcoming attitude and help!

Fantastic apartment! It’s bright, clean, and well-designed with a great kitchen and comfortable layout. The location is super convenient, close to shops and public transit, and the building is quiet and secure. Management is friendly and responsive – I highly recommend it!

I had a great one month stay at Zhavdat's place. Comfy bed and pillows, apartment was also super warm despite it being -30 outside at night. Communication with Zhavdat was easy - there were no issues with apartment at all during my stay, so, we communicated at the beginning and end of my stay. There is a small grocery shop in the actual building and a little pharmacy around the corner. 8 minute walk there is larger supermarket, where there are also some fast food places and this really tasty canteen style eatery. 12 min walk there is also decent gym (Iron Club), and about a 20min walk there is this nice public sauna called Therma to relax and warm up on a cold day. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

We loved the place and it felt like home! It had everything we needed iron- kitchen items- vacuum ..etc! We did not need anything and the host was so helpful every time we had a question.. i recommend the place to everyone .. if you are thinking about a good warm place please don’t hesitate 😍 you wont regret it

I would say one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. The location was amazing near to all the spots with society having own garden / park. I would appreciate the host for attending us so warmly and helping us to find the right deals, just felt like home. Thanks for hosting us, looking forward to another visit in near future and would definitely recommend this to others
