Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kea

We were thrilled with Efi’s Villa. It was spacious and luxurious beyond what we expected for a Greek home. It was amply roomy for our large group of 13 plus a baby. Though we spent much of our time outside, there are lots of rooms and sitting areas in addition to the bedrooms. The master bedroom suite is enormous. The pool is as large as it looks in the picture, a real delight. The pool house is another dwelling and spacious. Efi helped me with so many things and I enjoyed getting to know her. Our son got married at a nearby venue, and this was a great place to relax in between events and to enjoy.

Our experience was great. The place is fantastic and fully matches the description. Great location, with a very beautiful view.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It also catered perfectly to our baby’s needs. The host and their team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the evenings, stargazing from the terrace was magical, adding to the peaceful ambiance. A perfect getaway for families or anyone looking for relaxation in a stunning setting!

A big thank you to Agathi and her dad for hosting us. We came as a family (3 generations), and this house was unanimous. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house and its breathtaking view… this is the perfect place to disconnect and relax. We had a fabulous brief stay and this beautiful home. Immaculately clean. Fabulous surroundings and views. Antonio was very responsive to any queries we had. Plenty of great places to walk to and beaches. Kazba at the bottom of the road is amazing for breakfast lunch evening meal or just a drink. Friendly and reasonable prices. Loved the cats at the house and the jacuzzi. Didn’t use the pool, only a brief stay. The top terrace was amazing to watch the sun rise ( if you get up early). Thank you 🙏

The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Very good stay in this very nice place, quiet, peaceful, on Liparo beach, very little traffic. House suitably equipped, pleasant to live in, with a beautiful sea view. Small downside: the track is a little difficult to access (SUV recommended). Nice and discreet host. In short, a memorable stay, recommended!

We spent 2 weeks in this amazing house with an incredibly beautiful view and great equipment. Everything was perfect (house is very clean, cosy interiors,...) . Aida supported us before and during our hollidays very friendly and immediately! Thanks a lot!

Such a perfect place for some peace and stillness. And some beautiful beaches a short drive away. I will never forget watching the sun come up every morning as if I was watching heaven unfold in front of me. The view is really something.

We had a great stay at Mr. Epaminon's home! The house was just like in the photos and it looked like it was made with a lot of love! The space was spotless and had all the essentials. The view IS unique from the house! The location is great and very close to the beaches. Mr. Epominas is one of the kindest home owners we have met, with all the good willingness to make our stay as beautiful, comfortable and relaxed as possible, and we thank him very much for that! When we visit the beautiful island of Kea again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation! Thank you!

We had a very nice week at Anna’s house, the area and house were great, Anna was easy to join and reactive if needed.

Good choice if you want to get close of the center of Ioulis. Great view and close to restaurants

The house is comfortable with 3 levels, upstairs has a bed and a couch, in the middle one bed and a bunk bed and on the lower level another bed. Our stay was in the midst of an extreme heatwave, on the lower and middle level the beds were cool despite the heat, on the upper level the truth is that we were warm enough. In her honor, Sofia offered to buy us a second fan when we requested it. Communication was immediate. The house has everything you need . In the parking lot there is a general difficulty as there is only a small space at the entrance of Chora and everyone else park in street. From the entrance of the country to the house takes a walk around 7 minutes. Thanks so much for staying!

While everything was great , we wouldn't recommend the spot to people who don't have jeeps & have young children . There are 2 driveways which are dirt roads . One dangerous , narrow with bulky stones, the other lightly paved, but we recommend him because he's even wider. Anyway, the house and its view were wonderful .

Amazing view from the villa.The villa is equipped with all the amenities you could need, especially the kitchen .The outdoor area is all you need to relax and enjoy the view and the pool with friends and enough spacious for a group of 6 people. Location very close to the port(approximately 15 minutes).

Beautiful villa with exceptional view of the hills. Comfy, well appointed and lots of outside space. A 4x4 is strongly recommended for getting around. Theodora is brilliant - the perfect host.

Excellent stay in this beautiful house nestled in the hills, quiet, with a magnificent view. Only "negative" point: the air conditioning already mentioned in previous reviews but not insurmountable either! 😉 A big thank you to Polina for her responsiveness as well as the kindness of her lovely parents, Vassylis and Mary😊. I recommend the place without hesitation!

Our stay at the house by the sea in Kea was truly memorable. From the moment we crossed the threshold, we realized that we had found the perfect destination for our family. The sea view was simply stunning. Every morning, we would wake up to the sound of the waves and the feeling of the salty breeze that fills us with positive energy. The sunny days we spent enjoying the sea from our terrace, while in the evenings we spent watching the sunset with admiration. The residence was exactly what we had imagined. The fact that it was by the sea and had a beautiful pool made it even more attractive. Our kids enjoyed endless hours of play by the pool, and their experience from the beach was just unsurpassed. It's worth noting that the house was spotless clean. Every corner reflected the attention paid to detail and care for the comfort of guests.

The residence was far better than what is shown on the pictures. The overall experience was fantastic and Kiki was always available and attentive to all our needs. It is a unique experience.

This place is a gem. The house has top class amenities and the terraces/swissiming pool have incrediblde views and plenty of different furnitures to chill. There is even an extra shadow area beside the pool not shown in the pictures. The sea is litterally 50 meters away. In 30 seconds you are in pristine cristal waters with amazing rocks. Perfect for a morning wake up swim or snorkeling session. We just spent 1 week there and we barely heard any noise other than the one from the sea and the wind. Moreover, Kea is a wonderful island with his own charme not yet impactes by mass tourism! If you are looking for a place to relax and get away of stressful days, don't go elsewhere and book a stay here! You will not be disappointed!!!!

What a beautiful home! So nice we never wanted to leave - which is perhaps the only risk.. you won’t see as much of the island. But honestly, everything you need within 50 meters and the most wonderful hosts and help on hand. Hope to be back one day!
