The living space is located above an oversized double garage. Property has been re-fenced with a newly landscaped back yard for pups and guests. Being pet friendly with the garage for security are great assets to this space, and the downtown location can not be beat. Please no parking in front of garage for neighbor

On a small organic orchard in the Okanagan Valley, this newer 2 bedroom, 850 sq ft licensed suite is close to wineries, restaurants, beaches, a boat launch, and hiking trails. Fifteen minute drive to Kelowna airport and UBCO. The space can accommodate 5 people in the 2 bedrooms and there is a convertible sofa for 1 in the living area; note the space is tight for more than 3 or 4 adults, roomy kitchen and narrow bathroom. We live above the suite with 2 dogs & there can be noise sometimes.
