A charming flat with a great view over Oulu close to the river. The flat is spacious, well-cut and equipped with everything the traveller needs.

Airbnb we must be! Irma offers a great apartment where you feel at home. Everything is available and in the right place. Irma helps at any time with great tips for the area and life in Lapland. We were able to see the northern lights through their tips and Santa Claus was also on our ToDo list. We would like to thank Irma very much for fulfilling our special requests. Til next time!

Perfect stay! Thanks to Susanna for her very good welcome, her advice and her very pleasant accommodation: very bright, well-equipped and super well located in the city center while being very quiet.

Cozy, peaceful, spacious and clean apartment. Good parking for the car. Fourth floor, no elevator. Good wide couple of beds. Second bed in the living room. Bed linens, towels fresh. Plenty of dishes. Furniture clean. Shower soap in the shower. Porridge flakes, coffee, etc. Highly recommend.

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. Thank you very much.

The stay was quite peaceful and we had everything we needed. Thanks for being a great HOST and for all the clear instructions.

The only strange thing was that the house itself needs to be cleaned after staying overnight. It also gets to stay in a place that has been cleaned by the previous guest myself. Bed linen and towels also had to be taken ourselves. There is a sauna and a tub that is included in the price.

Super nice and cozy apartment right on the water in a very quiet location. Lots of activity options right outside the door. Oulu can be reached very quickly (about 20 min) by car and easy. Mari was very friendly and helpful with questions about activities (she even lent us equipment) but was not intrusive. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again anytime:)
