We had a very nice stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole place is very cozy. The snowshoes and cross-country skis to rent and try were also great, you can start strolling right in the neighborhood. We worked remotely for 3 days during our stay, which also worked well, only for two parallel videocalls the internet was not sufficient.

Blissful area. Lots of enjoyment of the cottage. The sauna is definitely a plus. The owners are very kind and help with everything. I definitely recommend this cottage for people who want to get away for a few days and enjoy each other and the surroundings. Everything is close-by and super quiet.

Very good accommodation, close to amenities, easy to access with a parking space. Ranua Park is next door as well as supermarkets, restaurants etc. I recommend it!

The apartment is new. Very clean. Equipped with every comfort. The location is perfect for getting around on foot anywhere in the city. The sauna in the house is really a plus. Paola is fantastic! Always available and always present. It gave us the opportunity for flexible check-in and check-out.

Roosa's place was even better than expected! It was within walking distance of the main city center with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Even so, it was very quiet and peaceful at night! The parking garage was bonus for us as we never had to scrape ice or anything. Even though Rovaniemi was cold, we loved being able to come home to the sauna and the shower, which always had warm water right away! Roosa was very kind and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay again if we are in the area!

We enjoyed very much the beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Very responsive host, had a little problem with the door, Ari came to help us in no time. Lovely place with a lot for the kids to do. Will definitely stay again when we come back.

Super recommended, great location, clean and the host is friendly. For families with children, it is an excellent option. There is a park right in front of the apartment. We went in winter and they enjoyed the snow a lot.

Petri’s place is superb - it’s clean, cozy, and with beautiful scenery. The location is close to Santa Claus village and city centre. The place is so quiet and peaceful that we enjoyed the stay a lot. Petri has been helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this place.

The location couldn’t be better- ski from the front door straight onto the XC groomed tracks. The place itself is cosy and comfortable- the renovated sauna was lovely, the bed super comfy and the view out the window to the snow was relaxing.

Very nice apartment just like in the photos. Very spacious common areas. Everything was very clean. Very comfortable and warm beds. As an inconvenience, the shower is a little uncomfortable as the entire bathroom floor gets wet. To know what a room is without an elevator

Cozy accommodation,very clean, suitable temperature. Everything you need for meals,toilets, and rest. Even a few essentials! Owners always attentive and responsive . Thanks to Hannu,Tapio and Helena for their hospitality and availability.

We had a pleasant stay. Anne and Arto are very welcoming hosts. Arto explained everything to us when he arrived and even showed us the supermarket and the walks to do around. The accommodation is close to the city center (within walking distance), while being in a very peaceful place with the forest just behind that offers a beautiful walk leading up the hill where we were lucky enough to see an aurora boreal. The amenities are amazing, the hot tub with deck views and sunset, it's just beautiful. Once again, thank you for everything.

This place was heaven! It had all the facilities and things we hoped for a relaxing holiday. Sauna, jacuzzi. View of the lake, peace and tranquility. The first two days of our trip we were really stressed as the airport had lost our luggage but i have to say coming back to this place, really made us forget about all our problems.

Really great new high quality apartment in a great location! Completely exceeded expectations. A true Ski-In, direct access to the hill and take the elevator to the ski storage. Views of the hillside and hot tub were seen aurora borealis. Big testimonials!

Kari was a wonderful host, communicative, friendly and helpful. He waited for us late in the night and was extremely accommodating. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and is on the ground floor. His attention to detail was much appreciated especially with the Christmas decorations in the apartment and the welcome chocolates. I wish him all the best and would recommend this cost effective place to anyone wanting to visit Rovaniemi and the Santa Claus village.

I recommend Tapani's very functional place, quiet, with a great view. Very suitable with kids. Lots of thoughtful tips. The stay will be unforgettable
