This place was everything I expected, great location, beautiful view, and comfortable home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carol’s home. It’s located in a nice area, the home looks exactly the pictures and Carol was very responsive. I’ll be booking Carol’s home for my next trip to Atlanta!

Everything was great. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Tonya was great. She is a very responsihe host.

This apartment was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Atlanta! The space was comfortable and well laid out - we felt right at home. Shelley was extremely accommodating and kind! She checked in regularly and made sure we had a great stay. The instructions to get to the apartment were clear. The layout of the building was a little different than what I’m used to, but it was no issue at all for us! I only mention this in case someone reading might have mobility issues: To get to this apartment from the outside you have to traverse 2 flights of stairs whether you enter the front or the back (front - down 2 flights; back - up 1 flight, down 1 flight). The apartment building itself was very quiet. The street the building is on did not have any traffic during our stay, and seemed really chill. The building is literally less than a block from Piedmont Park which was great. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Place was clean, safe, and in a good location. The host was very responsive when I had an issue. I would definitely stay there again. *It’s important to note that the back of the building is on Peachtree and the entrance doesn’t face the road. The road to turn on to access the entrance is under construction*

Paola and Mark were great hosts. They were extremely responsive to my messages and were very accommodating. If I'm ever back in ATL I’d definitely stay with them again!

Very spacious + comfortable for 4, modern, and elegant apartment. Big closets and new appliances. Centrally located in Buckhead and walkable to many shops and restaurants with view of Waldorf Hotel and nearby buildings. On premise concierge, doors/elevator access and security personnel made us feel safe and at home.

Stayed at Derek’s place amfor an extended stay and it was great. Had all the amenities we needed for our comfort. Derek was super flexible, responsive and all around pleasure. Will be booking again.

Location was great. In a nice quiet neighborhood and only about 20 minutes from all of the things we wanted to do. Mariham saved our birthday weekend in Atlanta when our first place got canceled unexpectedly and we were able to check into her place last minute and late at night. Can’t thank her enough for that. The house was very spacious and clean with plenty of room for myself and my four friends. Mariham had very good communication and we stayed in contact directly for our entire stay. Would definitely stay at Mariham’s property again!

We are so grateful we found Chris and Beatriz's home! They took a challenging situation (we had floor damage and needed to be out of our home for 10 days) - and turned it into a delightful, relaxing vacation! We loved being able to walk downtown to the historic Marietta square, full of wonderful restaurants and fun things to do. They were both incredibly responsive and their historic home was a treasure in itself. The kitchen was fully appointed and the home theater room was so comfortable. Coffee in the morning on their lovely porch - and then wine in the evening to watch the sunset. Magical! We would absolutely recommend their home to anyone wanting to visit the Marietta Square area - and you would be welcomed so kindly by their outstanding hospitality!

I’m proud to say I got to end 2024 at this Air BnB! My friend and I got to explore a lot of Marietta, play video games, grill out, play pool, air hockey, enjoy a spa, and walk trails in the area! I will say this Air Bnb was the first to offer essentials that you could forget or run out of! Examples: toiletries, food, medicines, and more! Thank you Lucas for letting us enjoy Christmas here!

We absolutely loved it!! Spacious and cozy. In a wonderful neighborhood. And super close to everything without being in the middle of it.

We were traveling for a girls trip and Cornelius' home was perfect. Each person was able to have their own space. The home was nice and clean. The home was in area where we felt safe and comfortable. It was within easy access to the event that brought us to town. Cornelius event sent recommendations of local restaurants to try. We would definitely book here again if available.

I and my wife were in town to assist our daughter who had sudden illness and had to be admitted in Emory hospital which is within a mile of Ken and Peter’s beautiful condo. I had rented a car and it was very nice to have a dedicated parking stall at the property. Everything we needed during the stay was within a driving distance and even though mid-town Atlanta can appear crazy as you make your way in high traffic, once inside the condo the hustle and bustle of the town kind of fade away as the condo is located high on the 14th floor. We briefly lost water as the building maintenance worked on an emergency leak or something but everything came back within a few hours. We had no problems during our stay, although at times the bedroom felt a little too warm given that a portable window air-conditioner is the only source of cool air in the unit and the windows can not be opened. That said, with our stay being in end of Jan, it was not a problem for us. Ken and Peter are great hosts!

Desiree was great!! My daughter and I traveled for a cheer competition and knew nothing of the area! Desiree made us feel right at home and like I had a friend in the city. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns! A great host! Loved the balcony for morning coffee!

Was so awesome. That I could walk to restaurants and events with no problem. Place was very cleans and felt very home felt… felt like a home away from home. Julian was very spot on with everything that was there and included… Thank you so much will be back

Place was great. Nice balcony, clean and cute inside. Comfy bed. No surprises. Eve was extremely friendly and responsive.

Corey was very responsive and helpful. When we asked a question he responded quickly. The house was great for us to use while working in the area. The location is exactly what we needed (close to the interstate) We stayed around 3 months and had no issues.

Condo was just as described and had everything we needed. Kristy was very helpful. She responded quickly to all my questions. Having the parking spot was very helpful.

Ideally situated near many attractions and venues. Perfect for getting to State Farm Arena for a show. Comfortable space with free parking just behind the building. A little Bodega is conveniently located in the building.
