We had a fantastic stay, I would definitely return and recommend to others. It was very clean and tidy, had all amenities, beautiful log burner which made it super cosy. They had a log self serve which was very handy. The hot tub was lovely and the views were wonderful. The hosts responded quickly and are very friendly. Very satisfied with the stay

The Dovecote

YacoubRating, 5 stars5 days ago
A Perfect Getaway – Highly Recommend! We recently stayed at this charming holiday cottage, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and well-equipped it was. The cottage is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location is ideal – peaceful and quiet. We loved relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings and enjoying the stunning views during the day. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the comfortable beds ensured a restful night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat in a picturesque setting, I can’t recommend this cottage highly enough – we’ll definitely be returning!

Cottage in the Forest of Dean, Hot Tub on request

VjRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a very friendly welcome and were left to admire the character of the cottage. I loved spending time in the jacuzzi as did my wife, son and sister in law. We were with our 4 month old daughter. First time taking her away and we felt she was old enough to finally go somewhere different. Tracey provided us with a travel cot which was great. Was a great getaway in a quiet area. Loved spending time in the cottage and I actually watched a DVD after years! A great switch off from city life. Thank you again Tracey. And as everyone mentions. The cakes were great!!

Romantic Idyllic Nuthatch Cottage with Hot Tub

RachelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is the second time we have stayed at Nuthatch and it was just as lovely as we’d remembered. Meng has put a lot of thought and care into making guests stay comfortable and relaxing. The cottage is fully equipped, clean, warm on arrival so that everything is taken care of. We really appreciated the milk and biscuits so we could have a cuppa when we arrived and also the hot chocolate for the kids. The eggs also came in handy for breakfast. I really can’t fault this place in any way, we’ll be back again. Thank you Meng x

Cottage in beautiful Hampshire village

JennieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Robert was a wonderful host, the hot tub was secluded and although in their garden you wouldn’t have known it . Useful suggestions and money off for the nearest pub. The local one is currently shut but the vineyard is only a short walk and offers good value for food and drinks. Robert kindly drove us there which was an added bonus . We will definitely return when we can . Thank you Robert and Sue.

Horseshoe Cottage - Dog friendly in rural location

SheilaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My husband, Chris and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Horseshoe Cottage. The cottage was clean, tidy and well equipped. It was great to have an outdoor space to let our dogs out whenever they needed to. The bed was extremely comfortable and all the laundry was pristine. The kitchen was very well equipped and again, very clean. As soon as we walked inside it felt peaceful and welcoming.

Relax in Myrtle Cottage at The Old Thatch, Pitney

VanessaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
we stayed as a group of 3 plus 2 small dogs over a beautifully sunny weekend and found the cottage to be a little piece of heaven. Clean and cosy with all the necessities and comforts. The super king bed really is super and there's a lovely hot shower. We appreciated Peter and Sue's perfect balance of attentive and unobtrusive and felt totally relaxed. Ample parking and a beautiful garden with opportunity to sit in the sun with a beer after climbing Glastonbury tor or shopping in Street or there's a great local pub. Highly recommended! Thank you.

River Cottage - Idyllic & Chic Retreat, Wye Valley

IanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The cottage is in the perfect location for riverside walks and venturing further afield. It has an amazing view of the river wye from the front of the cottage. The cottage itself is extremely comfortable, warm (we went in February), very well presented and most importantly, clean. Having the facilities to make up a log fire adds to the ambience of the cottage and location. Emma ensured that everything you needed to know regarding the cottage was to hand and also provided plenty of information about the local area, suggested walks and places to eat. Would certainly stay again.

Lovely little cottage where I based myself for a week with my dog. There's a track that leads up into the woods to the left of the cottage and you can walk and walk. House was lovely and clean, everything you need for self catering. Quiet and peaceful and Lorraine was a lovely host.

Greystones Cottage - Dog friendly riverside garden

MurielRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved our stay at Greystone Cottage. Instructions to find the place were clear and we found it straightaway. The place was immaculate, very cosy and clearly designed with dogs in mind. One thing to mention is that the stairs are steep. The kitchen is fully equipped but has also plenty of empty storage for your own food. The garden is fully enclosed and safe for dogs. We did the walk shown in the welcome pack, which starts just around the main gate and came back with a rather muddy dog! Luckily, a dog wash station is available by the cottages (with warm water!). We had an issue on arrival with the wifi, which Chloe sorted straight away. We were very impressed by how quickly she responded. We loved the place so much that we decided to book it again when we left!

Rose Cottage, Southrop

CliffRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Accommodation was spot on, ideal for our small group and the dog. Parking was also fine, was concerned at first as it was on street parking in he village but when we arrived there was plenty of space for us. Used the cottage as a base so didn't explore the immediate area that much but did wander round the village with the dog and it had a lovely feel to it. All in all, suited all of us for our weekend break.

Superb Forest of Dean cottage. 'Wye' not stay?

LauraRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Rick was brilliant with helping us plan the trip, very responsive and helpful. the cottage was lovely and cosy, thoughfully decorated for Christmas, just what we hoped for. Rick gave us loads of helpful information and came and set up the speaker we couls play music. the only drawback is that Ruardean doesnt have shops or a pub, and you need to drive to get to the nice walks, its only 10 or 20 minutes to loads of beautiful forest walks, so not a massive deal, but you definitely need a car and driver. but overall a lovely cosy cottage Christmas, welcoming Church service, and refreshing forest walks. thank you Rick!

Cotswold cottage charm

GrahamRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The best things about this property are really how peaceful and quiet it is, whilst being surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house itself, whilst small, has everything you need. Very well thought out, with great little touches. Kind hosts. It was lovely sitting outside in the courtyard, reading with a coffee, whilst the sun was coming down and the owl swooping by.
