Great communication from Daniel, who was very friendly and answered all my queries promptly. Flat was as described, with a good view of the harbour. There were some crumpets, milk and butter at the flat when we got there, which was a nice welcoming touch.

Great location right on the beach with access directly from the shared garden (no view of the beach from the apartment). Lovely area with lots of pubs, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and lots of choice of beaches to walk/run along. The property is only accessible on foot and with quite a lot of stairs but that was clear in the listing (but I would consider how much luggage you need!) and didn’t bother us. A lovely place to stay and I would recommend Broadstairs and the apartment.

A stunning place to stay if you want to visit Margate. Beautifully curated space created with intention and love. A real thought has gone into each area of the space considering the experience of the guest at every moment. So many highlights to choose from. Spacious living space with tons of depth. Gorgeous record player to dance around the kitchen with. Stunning situation of the rolltop bath as your relax and melt into the warmth of the water watching the waves rolling and birds fly past. Meditation corner beautiful way to spend time reading or starting your morning rituals. The haeckels proximity ya throughout really make it an act of self care spending time in this beautiful space. The perfect place to unplug, switch off and reconnect. I can’t wait to return. X

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Great location, warm and inviting flat which was perfect for our weekend away. They kindly left out the travel cot for us and the kids room was lovely

Wonderful Xmas getaway in a lovely clean apartment with an amazing large balcony to enjoy the stunning sea views. All the facilities you could require for a break are provided and even a proper hairdryer not a mini excuse of one! Easy access to a number of lovely walks to Broadstairs, Botany Bay and Margate made this a very memorable trip. Wendy is very attentive and recommended a great selection of local restaurants and cafes. Perfect location, property and host.

What a gem! Beautiful ground floor flat within 5 minutes walk of the beach. Owners' attention to detail was faultless and decor was gorgeous. We had a very relaxing stay and the treats left for us were very much appreciated. Excellent communication with owners who were super friendly and helpful.

Lovely modern flat with fantastic sea views. The extra thoughtful touches made all the difference - a good box of toys and games kept our 3 year old very entertained; the binoculars; T.S Eliot’s poetry on the windowsill; nostalgic Margate postcards to flick through. Great stay overall.

The place looks exactly as advertised. Nice tidy inside out,hot tub works perfect with no restrictions on usage. Definitely worth the price

We were looking for a special home to celebrate the festive period with friends and this house surpassed all our expectations. From the easy check in to the stunning views and the incredible interiors, everything has been considered for guest comfort and this is a truly luxurious experience. Spotlessly clean, high quality linens, extremely comfortable beds, we felt like we were in a 5 star hotel but with so much more privacy. We were also so impressed by all the useful kitchen utensils and furnishings. We didn’t need to bring anything ourselves other than food. The only small suggestion would be to add shampoo and shower gel. They have hand wash all supplied and lots of towels for beach and home. We loved it so much and created very special memories despite staying in the middle of a storm - the house was our haven of warmth, fun and laughter. We cannot recommend this home enough! we absolutely loved staying here, a beautiful house with an incredible beach side location. Strolling through the back garden and straight on to the sand dunes was a real treat. The interior of the house is incredible and hugely relaxing and it had everything you needed for a lovely stay. would love to come back one day again.

The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the property is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had a lovely break and would certainly stay here again. The flat is great and the location perfect with the beach, bars and restaurants all very close. Susan and Jo were great hosts, providing us with all the information we needed and being really responsive. Would absolutely recommend.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time in Herne Bay. The house was gorgeous and in an amazing location. It was well equipped with everything you could need and was super clean. Any questions were answered quickly and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to herne bay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Canterbury. The apartment was very convenient for the town centre and Cathedral, whilst being on the edge of the river. Such a lovely location. The apartment was lovely.

The Coastal Soal is nothing short of amazing, spacious modern apartment with all the amenities you need, impeccably clean and furnished with some amazing decor that adds to the peacefulness, calmness and tranquility. Comes with an unbelievably comfortable bed and very well sized bathroom. Very detailed house booklet to assist in helping you find your way around the apartment and its amenities. The pictures really do not do it justice and it has to be seen to be really appreciated. Mins from some of the local coastlines most stunning walks, and plenty of high standard restaurants and bars nearby. Cannot rate this apartment high enough, simply stunning 🥇

This basement flat is in a great location - right next to the beach with an Aldi just up the road and only 20mins from the rail station. Margate has loads of lovely independent shops and cafes and this flat is so convenient for everything. Very spacious inside too and the self check in and out was really convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sara’s place. The location is amazing and the view is priceless. Sara was a great host and very quick to assist where needed.

Really lovely clean space right on the water front. It could do with a bit of a refresh paint wise but it really didn't affect the overall great feel of the place. Accessing the building was extremely easy with the codes etc and we found everything we needed in the place, there is also a convenience shop right next door for all your basics like bread and milk etc. We stayed in Winter, I expect it would be even more amazing in the summer season. Would 100% stay again.
