Thanks to the team for the beauty of the site. And above all thank you to Tom (and his expert eye) who made us live a simply perfect safari in Amboseli: he worked hard to make us the most often alone with animals, positioning ourselves for the best photos, giving us explanations and always with a smile and kindness, for one of the best days of our lives! We stayed two nights at the Dikdik lodge and absolutely loved it. It's a peaceful place, the room is super clean and spacious. Martine and the two donkeys really make you feel at home. We had the half board option and were therefore able to enjoy the wonderful meals prepared by the chef, we even got our breakfast as a to go box to enjoy while doing an early game drive. Location is great, in the proximity of the Samburu, Buffalo Springs & Shaba national reserves. We highly recommend staying here during your visit to this region!

An unexpected gem tucked away in Muhoroni. I loved the landscaping. The lush green gardens added to the zen atmosphere. Staff was super welcoming and responsive. Food was good. I especially enjoyed the fruit. The room was clean and comfortable. Certainly found my go to spot when in Muhoroni.

I loved the view of the water. The AC didn’t work in one room but the owner was super responsive and fixed anything we asked about. Simple and lovely place to stay, a few minutes drive from cafes and the beach club in kilifi.

District Relatives offers beautiful and peaceful surroundings, making it a truly unique place to stay. The beach is easily accessible, and there are plenty of activities available, many of which are recommended by the helpful staff. The food is delicious, though on the pricier side. I would definitely recommend this place.

I gave this place 5 stars because of Dennis and the Maasai staff. The property itself is not a five star resort with all the trimmings and that's what makes it charming. But, because they provide jobs and outreach to the wonderful staff I could not bring myself to give it any less. I had an upsetting issue and it was resolved with the help of the staff and Dennis, and only Dennis. Asante sana, Dennis! 🙏 The camp is rustic, sustainable, and everything I wanted. I lived out of a permanent or movable tent for 6 weeks while in Africa. I miss hearing the animals very much. The food is pretty much the same daily likely because the property is 6 hours away from Nairobi in the bush and it is tough to get anything, but it is prepared with love. I enjoyed it. If you take an all day game drive make sure you ask what lunch is. I stayed for a week. Most people stay a night The view from camp is perfect for sunsets. Cows and goats roam through the property which provide a wonderful local feel

Loved how serene the area was. Pretty cold carry warm clothes . Bugs in the room mostly because the area is slightly forested otherwise loved my stay .The meals were great and the hospitality was equally amazing.
