Tim’s place (Rio Bajo) was very delightful! We enjoyed sun bathing by the river, watching Tim’s bird feeder attract many cardinals and all sorts of beautiful birds, hot tub time, star glazing and so much more! Thank you Tim for sharing your beautiful place with us!🙂

10/10 would definitely stay again at this beautiful property! My nephew got married in Mountain Home, and my family and I are so glad we chose to stay at Maria’s Listing! The property was beautiful, and had amazing amenities for everyone. Maria was an amazing host, and made us feel right at home!

The property is beautiful with panoramic views of the hills and canyons of the Edward’s Plateau. The driveway has a low water crossing across the Sabinal River, which was great for wading. Our trip was in January, so only the dog chose to swim. We got a light dusting of snow overnight, which was just beautiful on the hills. We made the short drive to Lost Maples for hiking. The house is charming and spacious. The living room had amazing views, as did the deck. My favorite part was the bird life. In the mornings and evenings the feeders were visited by a dozen cardinals and chickadees. We saw Mexican Jays, Black-capped Vireo, and even a couple types of Woodpeckers.

A good spot tucked away away from everything. Super quiet and the host was amazing.

The house was the perfect size for our group of 9 and it looked exactly as pictured. The area itself was quiet and private with beautiful scenery away from the main part of town. I look forward to returning and highly recommend it 👌🏽

Jubilee Ranch was every bit as gorgeous as it shows on the listing! Adorable guest house that was immaculate, with every detail thought out. Beautiful outdoor space that was relaxing and serene. Gail was so kind and helpful. She provided us great local recommendations. This is such a unique stay, we can’t wait to visit again!

We had such a great time at this cabin, the host and the cabin were so welcoming as well as the farm cats. The place was so cute and the decor was spot on and it definitely was a nice getaway. The hot tub was so relaxing and we used it many times throughout the evening and even in the morning. We definitely want to book again for a few days and enjoy it more. Definitely recommend this cabin in the woods for an enjoyable getaway from the stresses of the city and to decompress.

We stayed for a few days for our honeymoon and was a great place just to get away. We really enjoyed the hot tub and feeding the deer! And so many things to do in town that was not a far drive. Great place to stay overall!

This was the perfect place for our girls getaway. The whole place just feels special, like living in a magazine. The architecture is so interesting and the decor is beautiful with little touches that made it very upscale. We never left the house because it felt like an experience in itself. Beautiful views with birdwatching, lots of deer as well. We loved stargazing from the hottub. Kitchen had all we needed as well. The ONLY downside is that the highway is noisy, especially during rush hour mid week. I would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Small price to pay though for such a beautiful and restful place to stay . We would definitely book again!

Beautiful, peaceful property. More amenities than expected. Owners have thought of everything! We enjoyed the solitude of the properly. Perfect place to relax.

Such a great property, and our cabin was so comfortable, and had everything we needed. Living and kitchen area is spacious and open, very nice bathroom (awesome water pressure on the showerhead), and the bed was comfortable. Despite the outside temps having reached freezing during our stay, the bedroom kept nice and warm, the main area didn’t keep as warm though. The hot tub, perfect…and the view of the stars, amazing. We hadn’t seen this many stars at other parts of Texas that we have stayed at, and this was such a treat. We didn’t cook at the cabin, but the kitchen is spacious and comfortable for cooking for anyone who plans to. Overall, we couldn’t have picked a better property for the type of relaxing and outdoorsy getaway than Basecamp. We plan on coming back and checking out the other cabins and/or tents! Thank you all for sharing these gems! The property has an awesome lake for kayaking, a walking trail and other walking areas.

Very pretty place, very nice atmosphere house is very nice and private close to downtown fredricksburg. Definitely a place I would stay again
