Our stay at this rental was exactly what we needed. A large, clean, affordable home for our family while our home was being listed for sale. A few small things came up during our stay and our host was very quick to reply to our messages and resolve our inquiries. The property is conveniently located close to the highway in a nice area in Ajai, with a Tim Horton's, Booster Juice, Osmos and a bar & lounge right around the corner. I can't say enough good things about this rental. I would hightly recommend it.

Spent a wonderful weekend at this home while visiting family nearby! The house is very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed to make our own meals. The en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom was a great bonus. We were all very impressed, and would happily stay here again next time!

Our stay was great. The place is in a quiet location, very walkable, with lots of transportation options nearby, and just a few stops away from parks and shopping centers. The place itself was warm, comfortable, and exactly as described. Perfect for 2 or 3 people. Mahmoud was an exceptional host—very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended

Wonderful stay! Visited the area for a family wedding - we had 7 of us drive from northern VA & two fly in from Denver, CO. The Airbnb was perfect for my big family plus our small dog. Because of the winter storm that luckily passed through the weekend we were there, the two of us that flew in had our flight delayed, then cancelled. Amy was perfect with communication and was so flexible with allowing us to stay an extra two days (asking to stay each night, one night at a time because our flights kept getting cancelled. Thank you Amy for being so flexible and welcoming to my family. You were an important part of our wonderful stay <3

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the host's warm welcome and attention to detail. The space was exactly as described — cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. Stayed during major snowfall. Great place to be in, very comfortable and cozy. We had a nice walk along the neighborhood and along the walking path in Orillia. Great view from the dining and sitting area. We did absolutely enjoy our stay

Great place in such a beautiful cozy community! Communication with Ali was fast and easy and his cottage was clean and bunch of useful amenities. 10 min walk from beach, overall great experience!

We stayed at Shahrzad’s place during the big snowstorm on Family Day weekend. We were a bit worried about what would be available for us to use but when we pulled in, the driveway and pathways were shovelled for us so it was easy to drive in and walk to the games room and hot tub. They also provided a shovel if needed too. The place was absolutely wonderful and so cozy. You can really tell they put thought into designing the space. My partner and I had a great time staying here. There is plenty to do, we loved the hot tub! It would’ve been even better in the summer I’m sure! The place was spotless and we had everything we needed in the kitchen as well. The bed was super comfy as well. There are 3 fireplace going so it was super toasty despite being snowed in. We will definitely be back again! 😊

We had a very easy check in. Directions were excellent. She communicated right away knowing it was our first time with the app. The condo was exactly as expected. It’s beautiful and we would definitely book again. The king size bed was so amazing! Great experience!

A super quiet and cozy zen den. We really enjoyed settling in here after a full day of skiing. Away from the busy downtown, the location is great. The water pressure in the shower is heavenly!

Well for me I think this is the Best AirBnb I've stayed so far. Lena was great in helping out and Janet was awesome too. As some point when heating wasn't sufficient, They bought new portable heaters to ensure me and my family were comfortable. It was an amazing experience all the way.

Ideal location for being close to the lake. My family and I spent a few days around NYE and loved it. The house is cozy and warm. The hosts were very responsive and lovely.

Kara was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. it was a serene and wonderful experience and the icing on the cake was meeting Quatro just before our check out!

I stayed at Nancy and Cosmin’s place last minute with my two dogs while my home was getting a repair done. They accommodated me quickly and with good communication. The space was freshly cleaned and the beds and linens were fresh when I arrived. Nancy met me at the door and let me know how to reach her if I needed anything. Later in my stay, my dogs escaped the cabin while I was in town, and Cosmin helped keep them safe on the property til I could come back! Other reviews have indicated dissatisfaction with the proximity of this stay to other farm buildings (including one attached that shares a porch), but I found the listing was clear and matched my expectations upon arrival. Felt very at home.

It was such a great experience coordinating our stay with Jeff. We were there for a week and a half, in the midst of two significant winter storms, while our house was being sold. Jeff came by to shovel (which we were happy to take care of) and make sure we were OK. The townhouse was clean, well stocked, and matched the photos. The neighbours were friendly, too!! Such a great neighbourhood!!! I would definitely recommend Jiuhong's listing to anyone in need of a place to call home, while in Aurora!! If I could give them more than five stars, I would!!!
