Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

The small charming townhouse is centrally located in Nysted city, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooking Ålholm Castle. The house is in walking distance to cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is up for walking or biking. At the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small boat harbor, ice cream houses and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. Nykøbing F station is 10 min. walk away. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You're close to great experiences on Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. If necessary, we can arrange for an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the first floor. There's no elevator, free parking.

Relax with family or friends in this gem of a summer house. It is owned and renovated by a family with attention to detail. There is ample opportunity to have a lot of cozy moments on the couch in front of the fireplace, or in the large garden. The house consists of two rooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom. The apartment for rent is 37 m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the Old Technical School in downtown Nysted - 200 meters from the harbor. Nysted has a lovely beach with a jetty – there is also the possibility of a sauna visit. The apartment contains 1 room with a double bed, dining table and chairs. There is TV and internet. The kitchen has a fridge, oven and hot plates. Toilet/bathroom with walk-in shower. Hair dryer The apartment is a resident of Nysted Church, and if you stand on your toes, there is a sea view.

Lovely cottage close to good beach with jetty. No cars around cottages (unloading though allowed). Free parking space 50 meters away. 2 charging points 100 meters from the parking lot. Direct charge 8-22 and overnight load! Surf, paddle, bike, and walk/run in lovely nature. Bring bikes. Nysted city/harbor with sea bath in walking distance with good commercial opportunities as well as restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen . 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family in this serene home.

Tinyhouse in the orchard

We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time. The house is 24 sqm and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Lovely holiday apartment in the scenic Nysted. The apartment is decorated in an old half-timbered house dating back to 1761. Furnished with kitchen, lovely living room with old porcelain tile oven, private bathroom, cozy double bedroom, private exit to enclosed patio. Cozy double alcove, best suited for children. Private entrance to the apartment from the street. About 50 m from the harbour. It all oozes authentic townhouse romance.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility and relax for a lovely sunset. Here are all the necessary amenities that you need.
