Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Key Colony Beach

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

We loved our stay at Jeffery's house. It is spacious and very comfortable. My husband appreciated the proximity to the pickleball courts - we could see them from our bedroom windows- and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The upper suite was wonderful for privacy and quiet when the older kids stayed up later than the adults. Jeffery was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

This Air BnB has many positive highlights! It is a beautiful home with everything you would need for a vacation house. The house is located in a great spot to get to many different food areas and activities! We had the best view of ocean. From the moment I booked Nick was very helpful for everything we needed, he was incredibly responsive! Thank you for making this trip memorable!

Great place! Exactly like the pictures. AMAZING heated pool! Very clean. Ruth was an excellent host! She had fresh flowers, toiletries and even snacks and breakfast items to get us started! Most Airbnb’s you have to provide your own TP, paper towels, trash bags and soap but not here! Ruth had the place very well stocked. We will definitely be returning! The soft lighting added a warm and welcoming ambiance, perfect for evening gatherings or simply relaxing under the stars. We especially loved the canal, which was incredibly easy to navigate and provided quick access to the ocean—a paradise for fishing enthusiasts! This house was perfect for my family of 5. We where all very comfortable and had plenty of space! The kitchen had everything we needed. The waterfront lot across from the house was peaceful and had a wonderful area for the kids! The backyard was my favorite!

The home was as seen in the photos. Well stocked kitchen and really nice outdoor space to enjoy the canal. The beds were comfortable. We saw iguanas, manatee and tarpon all from the outdoor living space. Very kind neighbors and marathon is a quick trip to key west or key largo- so nice central location. Recommend walking 7 mile bridge, snorkeling key largo and enjoying the many state parks. Great trip. Also very responsive host

Very pleased with Brian 's rental, wonderful host. Unfortunately, we tried to rent for March 2026 after our first two weeks but, airbnb had already booked it to someone who wanted two months. This was our third year, i had no problem the other two years with rebooking , i was not aware of the rental practices of airbnb.

The house was wonderful and the resort is gorgeous. We loved the location and the ability to walk or call the golf cart to the pool or main resort. The only issues we had with the rental itself were super minor. A couple of the outlets did not work, I would recommend a few more pots and pans, nightstands on both sides in the master so we weren’t wrestling with a place for both our phones and water on one person’s side, and the soap dispensers were dislocated from the wall in both bathrooms. Definitely: remember to pick up incidentals you don’t think about (salt, pepper, olive oil, cooking spray, foil, steam wrap, laundry soap, etc.) if you intend to cook. I recommend cooking bc the main restaurant is $$$$$ expensive. Dinner for 2 adult entrees, 2 cocktails, and 2 kids meals was $425, breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids was $150. The setting is stunning. Would definitely stay again but prep our own food.

Wonderful location and great guidance on what to do and how to use everything in the house. Very clean and all amenities as described.

Amazingly private and great home base to enjoy all the things that make the keys so unique and special!! We caught all kinds of fish off the dock, saw manatee visiting regularly, and got out on our boat rental in the gulf super easily. Kayaks and paddle boards on sight and no need to rent! Special place.
