Beachfront holiday rentals in Key Largo

This spot was great! The home is spacious, incredibly comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s located at the very end of an inlet, offering a waterfront setting but I wouldn't call it picturesque. While we didn’t have a boat, it looked like getting one in and out would be easy for an experienced boater. The house was spotless—you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with soft sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything related to rest and relaxation was truly top-notch. The home is well-stocked with basic necessities for living, though if you have specific cooking preferences or comfort items, you should make a quick trip to the store. The neighborhood is very quiet, with the exception of some occasional noise from the nearby airport—but that’s just part of being in Marathon. Parking was easy, the pool was great, and everything matched the description perfectly. We highly recommend

This is a fantastic property! Right across from Sombrero Beach but still peaceful and private. The house and yard is like an oasis. Host and management company are WONDERFUL! Highly recommend!

This home was great! There was six of us staying in this rental. It was spacious for all of us. We loved sitting outside on the patio by the canal. We were able to walk to a local restaurant, beach and pool. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was super quiet. Overall a great stay and Mary was an excellent host!

We had a great time at this location. They had everything we needed and Key Colony is a perfect spot to vacation.

It was a great place I wold recommend if u need a cheap nice place right near a great beach just no really nightlife in the area

Our family of 4 (2, 7yr old kids) and my parents stayed for a week. Location is amazing, walk right onto the beach, open the doors of the balcony onto the beach. They have boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and kids sand toys, and even beach towels to use. City cleans the beach daily and the neighborhood is quiet, clean, and so peaceful. Lots of space for all of us to stretch out and not be on top of each other but still so close together. Kitchen and living room are huge! Had games for kids. Outdoor dining on deck and patio are amazing. Sitting in the rocking chairs and watching the waves was incredible. Hot tub is secluded but also feels part of the ocean, it was very clean and worked great. Grill worked amazing and we used it a lot. Rocky gave us great welcome packet with local restaurants, things to do with the kids, and clear check in and check out process. Rocky was incredibly accommodating in early check in and later check out. A vaca we will never forget!

Evgeniy's place was a great spot to spend a few days in Hollywood beach. The pool and the back deck offered a great gathering space to hangout while getting some relief from the Florida sun. The house was clean and Evgeniy was very responsive with the few questions I did have.

Anthony has a great property in a prime location. The view is amazing. Friendly and responsive host. We would stay here again!

We stayed at Frank’s place for two weeks and had an absolutely amazing time! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and super practical for our two energetic little ones. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We made the most of every sunset soaking in the hot tub, followed by peaceful late-night floats in the pool under clear, starry skies. We fished off the jetty most days and caught barracuda, mangrove snapper, plenty of sharks—and the neighbors even hooked a tarpon and landed a grouper! The kids loved snorkeling right off the dock, spotting rays, turtles, and loads of colorful fish. We missed the manatees when they came by one morning, but luckily caught up with them later while kayaking through the mangroves. Huge thanks to Frank for being such a fantastic host. One day we had a small issue with the pool, and his team showed up in under 10—absolutely amazing service. We truly didn’t want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Unbeatable location to the beach. Apartment has 2 chairs and 2 towels available as well which was really nice to have. Pool area is very nice and well maintained. The building itself inside is a little run down like other reviews have mentioned, but the room itself is nice.

Had a lovely stay at Suzi's! She really is as accommodating as other reviews have noted. The apartment was spotless and equipped with all of the basics. We felt like we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Despite this being in South Beach, the location was private and peaceful, yet close enough to everything where you could choose whether you wanted to be in the mix or not. The building has easy and quick access to the beach, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were such a bonus! There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby where a vehicle is not necessary, but we rented a car and parked it in the garage at 7th & Collins so we could easily explore other parts of Miami at our leisure. We walked the path in the morning and utilized the Citi bikes in the evening when it was lit up, which was really relaxing. Suzi graciously let us have a late checkout because there were no other guests, and it was really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Our girls weekend at Ania’s house was nothing short of perfect. She was responsive and proactive throughout our stay and flexible with check out, despite having guests checking in the very next day. The outdoor area/pool made our morning coffee so relaxing and enjoyable and the house is the perfect size to give everyone their own space! Grocery store and local restaurants are within walking distance or short drive /uber. We cannot wait to come back to Ft Lauderdale next year to stay at Ania’s again!

Love this place! We have stayed at many houses over the years but this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. It was so beautiful at night just relaxing in the pool/hot tub and hanging out outside! The kitchen was fully stocked and easy tp prepare food for our party right at home! I never wanted to leave! Miriam was so responsive to any of our needs, even giving us good restaurant suggestions! Beautiful home.

This home and location are exceptional!!! Everything about it exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent a vacation home from Coco Plum again. It is expensive, but when you look at all you get and the location, it’s actually a bargain. The owner really has an exceptional home! Our family had a great time, and we will be back next year. Fernando's place was great. We loved the screen porches and the beautiful tree outside the upstairs porch. The beach is a beautiful spot.

We had a delightful time. The unit was clean & comfortable and easily accommodated our party of 5 adults. The balcony was very pleasant and had a great relaxing view. The shared beach was also very relaxing with plenty of chairs and a nice covered card table area. This is in addition to the multiple seating options at our private pool. Families were enjoying the provided kayaks of which there were plenty. Susan and Dale were extremely responsive to all of our inquiries including showing up to address an issue within 15 minutes! Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location, clean and tidy. Blaine was very responsive and had good suggestions when our plans suddenly changed.

We had an amazing time at this property. The location was couldn't get any better. We brought our boat and property was perfect for that. We are already starting to plan for next year!

Beautiful views and great spaces! We’ve stayed in Marathon several times in different canal houses with our family of 7, and this property is now our new favorite. We couldn’t get enough of all the beautiful views from sunrise to sunset whether it was on the porch, in the pool, or out by the Tiki Hut. Every bedroom has water views as well. Boat access was an easy out to snorkeling, diving, fishing, or whatever you like to do. There are two kayaks for use, which made for some nice outings to explore the immediate area. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and even had an extra under-the-counter ice machine. We had a great time here, and would stay again. Thank you to the owners for sharing your property.

Great place in an ideal location. Easy walk to all you need. Beautiful view in a very nice and clean place that has everything you need.

I stayed at Jeff's place with 4 of my cousins, so 5 girls in the house. We were anticipating a trip just to hang out at a beach for a couple of days and this was a great place to do that. It was a great stay, we were close to the beach. Jeff had beach chairs ready for us and a wagon to pull them to the beach. It was like a half a block walk to the boardwalk and beach. We spent a lot of time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops and eateries and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach. Their is a nice bottom deck and top deck which we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and playing cards later at night. We would definitely come back here or recommend this place. Jeff was very easy to reach out to and responded to texts very well. He even called us the morning we were checking out to make sure everything was OK. NOTE: There are towels in the bathrooms, but no wash cloths and no dish cloths (there is a sponge) and no dish towel. So next time I would pack each of those.

Great place right in the heart of Key Colony. House had all we needed and more to make our 8 day stay comfortable. Great boat dock with plenty of room for 2 31 ft boats.
