This newly remodeled home was built in 1889. Since then, it has been remodeled with an attempt to get it close to the by-gone era it may have once been. A home for the historian at heart. This home has a 6 person hot tub to help you decompress and relax after your adventures. This home is conveniently located at the West end of the Clear Creek Valley, just East of Summit County. Amazing super clean, riverside two bed two bath condo. Updated and open floor plan, great space for family and friends to gather. Brand new over sized tv in the living room. The living room has a new large sectional and a wood burning stove to keep you cozy in the winter. Dining table seats six and overlooks the river. All nice new mattresses in the bedrooms. The master has a queen bed & private full bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed twin over queen.
