Villa holiday rentals in Khao Lak

We had a wonderful stay! The room was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the sea. A direct path leads straight to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. There’s also a small bar right by the beach where you can enjoy a drink and take in the beautiful evening atmosphere. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable, though a bit too soft for my personal preference. A second blanket or a larger one would be great for two people. Overall, an absolutely recommendable place! We’d love to come back!

Quiet location with direct sea view & beach access. A few steps down, there is a small bar with seating and a small selection of drinks at good prices. A fantastic sunset can be watched directly from the beach. Only lack of space: The mirror in the bathroom is so deep that you had to bend in front of it to be able to see something from your face. In addition, this is the only mirror, there is no full-length mirror. Communication with Henry was excellent. If we are in Thailand again, we will definitely be back :) The Valhalla Teahouse, which is right above it & what the check-in and co. is about, unfortunately, has really above average prices, so you had to relocate breakfast on the outside. (Tea over €6 with a small cup). The City & Restaurant options are about a 20 minute walk away if you walk along the beach.

We can’t recommend this property enough! The individual bungalows were well stocked and we loved the privacy. Our teens were completely safe and comfortable in their own spaces. We only stayed two nights and wished we could’ve been there longer. It was so beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Don’t miss out on the local sauna a few doors down and the afternoon market. We easily walked to a nice laundry mat.

We had a wonderful family holiday across 3 generations at Coral beach pool villa. Seven of us aged 9 to 71 stayed for 5 days in April. Yui our host looked after us so well ordering in food from local restaurants and taking us around for shopping and sightseeing. We also had Aum who cleaned up our mess and drove us to the local beaches. The villa was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The children especially loved exploring the beach and collecting shells and playing with the hermit crabs. Thank you so much for providing a safe, peaceful and luxurious family holiday in Thailand.

we had a great stay at the villa. everything was perfect: large, clean, well equipped. cleaning done every day. very nice pool. very responsive host. if we have to come back to Khao Lak we will return to the villa without hesitation.

Henry and team are great. Top, quickly and very clearly communicated. The property is equipped with the essentials. Bed, bathroom, fridge and a fantastic terrace/ balcony with a view that was even better than on the pictures :) there is also a clothes rack. The bathroom has some storage space if you don't want to live out of suitcases. The beach in front of the door. The view of the sea. One of the better spots while traveling through Thailand. Spontaneous extension of the trip discussed within minutes and handled through the system. Thank you Henry and team!

We spent a week at Bee’s place as a group of 5. The villa was of a very high quality and layout meant that each group could have their private area. Would return. One thing to note is that you need to rent a car or a scooter to get around. Thank you again Bee & family

We had an amazing stay at this extremely private and tranquil villa. Located on the serene Natai beach, this is the perfect location if you are looking to unplug from the crowds of the touristy hubs. The host and her staff are very responsive, helpful and friendly. The beach is ideal for long walks and during our visit in February, it was very quiet. Locals came down to watch sunset and there are a few resorts nearby, but more often than not, we had our little beach area to ourselves. A car or moped is recommended, as shopping within walking distance is limited. There is a great restaurant right across the street from the villa, and there are a couple resort restaurants down the beach within walking distance. There were also some street food carts at the nearby pier. The kitchen is well equipped. The master bedroom and bath are spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space is ideal with a beautiful pool and lots of spots to relax in the shade. We loved our stay and would highly recommend

What really stood out from our stay would be 1. Villa - beautiful, clean, tidy, luxurious - lovely clean beach, - awesome view - sunset 2. Villa manager, Khun and her team - always at the gate to greet us whenever we back from our excursions - polite, helpful, respectful - proactive: anticipating our needs before we even asks - hardworking: ensuring that the villa and our rooms are clean and tidy all the time, separating the same dish into a few plates for our convenience - treated us very well and making us feel really cared for 3. Meals at the villa - our breakfasts, dinner and bbq was cooked by the villa team - it was delicious - we regretted having our first night dinner at one of the restaurants nearby: it was pricey and not even half as good as the villa’s My group is very happy with Elite Haven and we are looking forward to more stays with them. They gave us a complimentary early check in and the villa specialist Kareen was efficient and helpful with her emails.

Would highly recommend... The house exceeded our expectations for a long time. Everything you need for a stay is available. For us, it was a perfect location, away from the Truble, enjoyed the peace and quiet and woke up every day with bird songs. The surroundings were beautiful that we explored on our scooters. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, but a vehicle or bicycles are an advantage, as restaurants are further away. Spent a lot of time by the pool which provided an ideal cooling off and it was just great to sit on the terrace. Siho lives right next door, but left us our privacy, occasionally he brought us fresh papaya and cooked 2x for us. He is on hand with his pleasant manner for any request or help and every day his well-kept cats visited us for petting. Had a perfect, relaxed stay and will definitely come back to this place.

Just beautiful. A big thank you to Syl and Patrice for this great villa and the beautiful large garden with pool. The property is very well maintained and the villa offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. Garden, pool and villa were cleaned several times during our 3 week stay by the staff at the Exotic Boutique Hotel. Thank you so much for that too. Since the villa is very quiet, you should be mobile. Restaurants and a laundry are a 10-15 minute walk away. The host always responded very quickly and was gracious. I would definitely vacation here again.
