Thank you for this great stay in this beautiful accommodation close to the beach restaurants and shops, everything was really great there were all the necessary amenities even more than needed, the pool very beautiful, the quiet and secure residence. I would stay here again during my travel project, that's for sure!

Joey is very responsive..replied to all my text very promptly..i requested for iron and iron board and was provided by Joey b4 i checked in..the place was easy access, 7e is next door..pharmacy is next door..one good thing because my daughter caught on fever during my stay..rooftop swimming pool is soo cool! easier to find tuktuk..12 mins walk to patong beach..parking space is limited..but overall i am satisfied with the place and the host! surely will recommend this place to others

Daria’s penthouse is beautiful, the perfect place to stay in Phuket! The place matches the pictures, and the view from the balcony’s private infinity pool is even better in person. It has everything else you need as well, from amenities to appliances! She even has a toasty press for warming up 7-Eleven toasties (if you don’t know about Thai 7-Eleven you’re in for a treat). Dont let reviews about the hill discourage you, its pretty small and manageable if you don’t mind a quick workout haha. The beach is less than a 15 min walk, with tons of great restaurants, shops, and a huge night market all right there as well! Very walkable area with super friendly locals. Not to mention Daria is an incredibly gracious and helpful host! She gave me her contact info before check in and was very responsive, she set up multiple luxury taxi rides for us (to & from the airport if you need) and had plenty of recommendations and advice for our time in Phuket. Would definitely recommend and book again!

We spent great 5 last days of our 2-month trip through Thailand in Ike's apartment. The suite is spacious for two persons and perfectly located at the sea, short walk to shops and restaurants, really nice view from the terrasse. 100% recommendation! Thank you Ike, for that great stay!

We loved it. The only con was how far it was from some of the things we wanted to do - but that is my fault for not doing more research. It was easy to get a grab but sometimes hard to get a driver willing to drive us all the way back to the Airbnb if we went far. But, it was still worth it, we were very comfortable there. I would recommend renting a car if you plan on going further south.

The house was so nice, very spacious and the pool was very nice! The house was very clean and there were some nice cafes and restaurants near by.

Michael's place and his attitude contributed greatly towards the wonderful experience of our trip. Not an easy job to list all the good things and memories. Michael moved check-in and check-out times for us. Still we received the place in a squeaky clean condition and had zero issues with the next guests. Not only he provided some great tips on places worth visiting and dinning, his hint led to THE BEST evening we had in Phuket. Some beautiful scenic views and great people. He helped us with transfers to the property and back to the airport. Organised a rent car and it's delivery for a decent price. While so far I prefer to explore various places and rarely stay at the same place twice, but I believe there is a great chance we are going to return, if Michael agrees to have us again. Great stay, amazing little cottage! All the comforts you need, people are super welcoming. The joint restaurant offers excellent breakfast/lunch/dinner (very hearty). The pool is perfect. They offer scooters for rent. And it's next to the airport. We were even offered a free shuttle to take us there at a time that suits us... in short only happiness, thank you very much!

We were a family of five adults, including elderly parents. The house is ideal for four people. Our fifth adult slept on the couch in the guest area, but we were aware of this in advance. The location is in a super quiet area, within walking distance of restaurants and massage salons. We walked to the beach in 10 minutes, and our elderly parents managed without any issues. The house had everything we needed for daily living. Tisha responded to all our requests instantly. We really enjoyed our stay!

What an absolute delight it was to stay @ Melissa’s place. We stayed just a month and it was one of the best stays we have encountered. You literally are staying at someone’s home and it truly reflects that. It is beautifully appointed w/ everything you could possibly need. DVD’s, books, games, beach supplies to name a few. It’s has beautiful bathrooms with great showers, a huge tub & comfortable beds, ac and lots of fans, even a water cooler & a very detailed guest guide. Housekeeping services were provided twice a week! It’s a couple of minutes walk to the beach and has a beautiful salt water pool which we enjoyed daily! There are many restaurants nearby which you can walk to. And a scooter rental nearby. Grab is available if needed. On a side note, we came at the end of the rainy season which resulted in the condo having a musty smell when we arrived. With a swift response from Tucky the property manager, it was quickly remedied with a dehumidifier. We highly recommend this stay!

Same as the photos .The location is very good, right on the edge of the beach, but not noisy. There is a free swimming pool and elevator in the community, and the room is clean and tidy.

Great condo minutes from the beach. Gorgeous sunset view of the sea every night (when it’s not raining). If you want a more quiet, relaxing area to stay in this is the place! The beach is very quiet and I felt like it was my own private beach!

Great stay. Area is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Recommend getting the free bikes at the condo, the shopping area is a bit of a hike and the heat will beat you down with bags. Overall wonderful place to enjoy the pools, clean beach, and small shopping area.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 people for 2 weeks and everything was perfect. Mr. Big's pick up at the airport worked smoothly. Transfer right in front of the property and an already cool drinks for us in the fridge. The rooms are just as beautiful as pictured and very clean. We also got a free cleaning and replacement towels after a week. The terrace and pool overlooking the sea are very nice and there are also comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas available. In the complex, all employees from the gardener to the doorman are extremely friendly and helpful. We really highly recommend the place.

It was the end of a long 1 month trip and i booked at Adrian’s place. It was the most refreshing and relaxing experience. Much needed after a long tiring trip. I would definitely stay there again. 10/10
