It was a lovely house with everything necessary. The description fully corresponds with the reality. The house and the garden were clean even though it was winter. Ideal to discover Kakhetian countryside not far from Tbilisi. Lika was a really friendly host who responded promptly. The terrain is well-secured for kids and pets.

If you come to Georgia you MUST go to Lagodekhi and stay with Ketevan at her guesthouse. We were absolutely taken away by her hospitality, her quaint backyard that is full of growing vegetation, and her outdoor “summer kitchen”. Her khachipuri are award-winning and the entire dinner and breakfast were to die for. We also loved the Black Grouse waterfall hike, which is easily accessible by foot. We will prioritizing a return trip to Ketevan next time we return to Georgia. She also organized a horseback ride to Machi Fortress with guide Giorgi which was breathtakingly beautiful. We cannot say enough positive things about our stay.

It's a very pleasant experience. The apartment is same as the pictures show. Roman is very friendly and helpful. We also buy some red wine from him. Highly recommended.

The perfect place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and spend time with family and loved ones in comfort, coziness and amenities. The house is clean, beautiful, very warm, there is good hot water. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable weekend with a barbecue: a grill area, lots of dishes, good glasses, comfortable hammocks and outdoor furniture. But the most important advantage of this chalet is the view and nature around: just fantastic views of the mountains, valley, and nature of Kakheti. It's quiet, peaceful. Stock up on groceries, so it's not close to the nearest store.

The house is charming. Each of the three bedrooms has its own attached bathroom — extremely convenient. We stayed at this place in January, so the shared living room was a bit chilly, but the bedrooms were warm and cozy. I would absolutely recommend the house and the host, and I hope to stay there again sometime.

Lika and her family were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and we felt extremely comfortable, especially when we were romping on the terrace. We got everything we needed, like kitchen utensils. The family's oven and washing machine could also use. All this was very much in the original Airbnb spirit of sharing private space and personal things. Thanks for that, especially for trusting! Especially the kitchen and balcony, but also some of the bathrooms were not clean. Sponge over it! We are more than happy to recommend this special suite with individual charm in a wonderful place in an exciting country.

Great home, 4 master bedrooms with private baths. Very well maintained home and great front yard with parking options. The only thing is on move-in dates it was very cold in the house and had to sleep under several blankets, the house is not heated that much.
