This is a great apartment. The owner is very responsive. The house has everything you need for a long stay. We will definitely come back if we visit Da Nang again.

Great place. Very clean and the family who runs the homestay are very nice. Excellent location if you like more of a local atmosphere instead of touristy. Still very close to the beach and western restaurants. They kept the place very clean. Offered to help me with anything before the start of a citywide lockdown. Really appreciated it. Great for longterm stays. Highly recommend!

great apt and very clean and spacious. grabs were a little inconvenient to order since usually went to the gate but not a huge deal. not much around however. gym was difficult to find and figure out. requires payment according to host.

Our stay here, was amazing and we had a great time at Xuan An's apartment. She was very helpful and always supported us with answers to our questions and even planned kind surprises. The location of the apartment is great, its around a 2 min ride from the beach, and easily acessable to restaurants in the city. The Internet worked well for remote working, and the rooms were good as well! We will come back here once we are back in Da Nang

The 5 day stay was great! We felt very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, well thought out and clean. There's nothing missing. Both Phuc and the staff are always there for you and also organize the excursions or gave good restaurant tips. Particularly noteworthy is the child friendliness (have a 2-year-old child with you)! This place is highly recommended!

When using Airbnb If you're staying with a host like this, The hotel is not shy. The facilities that maximize the advantages of the pool villa, and there is nothing lacking in the host. If I come to Da Nang again next time, it's 1Pick.

Really spacious place in a calm and peaceful spot. Feels really safe and our kids would cycle around and play outside. The pool and gym are nearby and lovely and they give you a discount to pay to use them. Nguyen was really helpful and we really enjoyed our time here.

We had the best visit and fell in love with the area. The Villa was perfect for our family of five with plenty of indoor/outdoor space. It’s nicely located just a short drive from some of the busier areas like An Bang or Old Town, yet still close enough to walk to the beach and some great restaurant options. Chloe was absolutely amazing and super responsive throughout the trip. She helped with recommendations, obtaining tickets, setting up dinner and delivering a motor bike to the house. Chloe even continued to help us after we checked out by ensuring a dress was delivered to our next stop in DaNang. Can’t say enough, but we’ll definitely be back!

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

Dung’s place was a perfect place for a 2 week stay! Very accommodating and comfortable.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!
