Beach house holiday rentals in Kiawah Island

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

Great house, nice and quiet location! Walk to the beach was straight up the road and lots to do around us!

This home was a perfect stay for our family for 4 nights! Major bonuses: - SO close to the beach - just a quick 2 minute walk. - Outdoor shower after long, sandy beach days was an absolute help! - Available beach chairs & wagon cart made everything much easier than bringing our own. So grateful for this! - Laundry units in the home was a huge plus and so convenient. - Large screened in porch was so peaceful and fun for games, meals or just hanging out! - Kitchen was clean and stocked with dishes and everything basic for cooking and eating. - Smart TV and lots of extra DVDs for kids - The entire home was clean and comfortable! Overall, the house was very comfortable and spacious. Clean! No bugs, no major issues. Kevin was very informative and helpful and quick to answer questions! 10/10 look forward to staying here again!

We would definitely stay here again. The beach access was wonderful, the house was suited perfectly for all of our needs and we loved our entire vacation.

Value was great. Home was even nicer in person than in the pictures which was a welcome surprise! They really thought of everything to make you feel at home. Full dishes, pots and pans, AND kids dishes. Comfortable beds, amazing front/back porches, and a short walk to the beach. House was spotless upon check-in and communication was great - always proactive, and also quick to answer texts with quality information when we had questions about the area! Tons of beach stuff for the whole family was provided, books and toys for the little ones, as well. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and great service from AvantStay. Can't wait to get back down there!

Sunday, April 20, 7:54 AM Here's the review: What a wonderful stay for a 50th celebration! The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating, the house was beautiful with many wonderful amenities, and the bed was just like the one we have at home! It was a relaxing stay that I would love to do again in the future.

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

This place is absolutely charming—beautifully decorated, cozy, and well-equipped. The mattress and linens are incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is perfect—just a short walk to a great beach and downtown, making it super convenient. The large backyard and inviting front porch sitting area add to the relaxing atmosphere. Kristen was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a fantastic Folly Beach getaway!

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The pool and hot tub is amazing. We loved the garage and playing ping pong. The kitchen has everything you need and is very clean. The living area and front room are beautiful. Kristin and Bob put a lot of thought on the details and made the home feel welcoming. We enjoyed being so close to the beach access and only being 8 blocks from the pier. The restaurants are amazing, Catch 23 was a fav. Don’t forget to go by McKelvin’s Surf Shop! Folly Beach is beautiful and peaceful, we would love to stay again in the home. Kristin was great communicating with me and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

This house was perfect for our family gathering. Walking to the beach was easy & close. We all loved our time in the pool. We rented a golf cart & that was more fun & functional than a rental car. John was easy to communicate with. I appreciate his flexibility with our requests.

This place is amazing! Even better than advertised. It's stocked with everything you need to keep a full house entertained on vacation, and access to the beach plus IOP restaurants/grocery/coffee is perfect. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the pool every afternoon. It's also pristine - clearly Nick has taken care of this property and there were no issues with anything at the house during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Alecia was excellent

This is a beautiful house. It’s so roomy. There were 6 of us and never once did we feel on top of each other and all had our own place to sleep. Everything was very clean. There’s fun local places near by to visit/eat at. The beach is a pretty short walk away (they also had bikes in the garage). It’s peaceful outside. We really enjoyed the huge hot tub. You can’t go wrong booking this place!

Loved this beach town and location was perfect! Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Would love to come back one day!

Jayne’s home was fantastic. It was spacious, inviting, and had all of the amenities you could ask for. While we didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of the very cold weather, the pool looked absolutely incredible and would be perfect on a warmer day. The location of the home was also very close to the beach. I could not imagine a more relaxing environment in which to spend time in Kiawah. I hope to return in the future!

Loved this house, the location, the fact that it had a pool especially considering we had a newborn with us and couldn’t make it to the beach everyday because of that. smelt great and clean, looked the same way. would definitely love to stay here again!

My family was in IOP for a wedding and stayed at Doug's place. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and was very comfortable. The home itself was very clean. We enjoyed coffee every morning in the screened in porch and even had a few chances to walk to the beach. Doug was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to stay at Doug's home again.

Beautiful house with everything you need to make yourself at home. When you walk in the front door, it is very charming and inviting. It's a short, straight walk to a great beach. There is a 4 lane street to cross, but 95% of the time you can walk straight across without stopping. We had 8 adults staying in this lovely place and there was plenty of room and we shared a lot of great meals in the huge kitchen. If we are ever back in the area, this will be our "go to" house!

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend in IOP. Very convenient 5 minute walk from the beach and very close drive to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. The space is even more beautiful in person with comfortable beds and linens as well. Lisa accommodated an early checkin and was responsive when asking about IOP conditions post Hurricane Debby! I definitely recommend staying here!

Great house, close to beach which makes it easy with kids and dog friendly which was perfect with this being our dogs first trip to the beach.

Pura Vida was great for us! I was traveling with two teenaged grandchildren and two of their friends, and my two year old grandson. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or to have some space to themselves. Lots of options for everyone to do! Unfortunately (or fortunately) we never figured out how to use the tv effectively or the DVD player, but honestly, I think that was for the best! It’s a nice walk to the beach, and you can hear the ocean while hanging out in the yard or on the porch.

The house was Amazing ! Definitely a southern charmer . The beach is across the street and very close to the club that has pools and restaurant on the beach . This house includes the access cards which is a great value . The beds were very comfortable , upgraded appliances and beautiful decor . The front screened patio was amazing and we spent most of our time there . Great experience with all Seabrook staff and we would definitely rent again .
